Woke up this morning with a busted water heater. My first call was Hope because on previous jobs I had a great experience. John McNeil was amazing! Came in and quickly assessed the situation, provided options, then completed the work swiftly. From call to completion in roughly 5 hours! Now that is service!

Our technician was very friendly, punctual, and knowledgeable! Within an hour, he had our leaky faucet replaced and back in working condition. I actually called Weilhammer Plumbing to come and take a look at my water heater, and the guy I spoke with (Mark I believe) was extremely nice, and patient of enough to ask me all the questions, but most importantly he was honest !!! He could have easily came out and charged me money, but instead he actually told me that my problem was extremely minor, and walked me through the process. This happend yesterday May 15, 2015, and I am extremely happy that there are still honest people out there in the world that understand the value of doing the right thing !!! I wish all the other service companies would adopt his mentaility and his business practices !!! I most definitely recommend Weilhammer Plumbing to anyone in the state of Indiana, and throughout the United States !!!

We discovered our crawl space had flooded New Year's day. They were out within 2 hours of our emergency call to start on the mitigation process. The following morning someone from the Roto-Rooter Team came over and literally walked me through the insurance claim process and told me they would be back that afternoon to continue with mitigation. Super helpful!! They were quick, communicative and thorough. I would recommend this team over and over again!

Beware these people are rippers, make sure to call other plumbers too, they will rip you off in minutes, estimated ridiculous amount of money for the jobs. DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH ESTIMATES, CALL OTHER TOO.?

I recently moved into a house that had multiple long standing plumbing issues. I contacted Plumb On and Corey arrived on time. He was very polite, knowledgeable, and professional! He had the parts already on his truck and was able to fix the issues on the spot. If you're having Plumbing issues and you live in the Indianapolis area I recommend to stay calm and call Plumb On!

Have always had a positive experience with them for services to both my furnace and air conditioner.

They were on time and communicated well. Pictures of the problem, with before and after photos were provided along with adequate explanation. Prior to work began estimates with options for the repair cost were given based on findings when they got into the job. Everything was transparent!

Attempted to call and schedule work with this company, and they stated they did not have time for our job. After asking for a recommendation for another company that could help, they simply said they did not know anyone. Office staff was not helpful and rude with their communication.
