At the time of this posting, the job had not been started yet. Patrick had come out and given us an estimate on the job that needed to be done, the young man seemed very knowledgeable and explained the work to be done and when it could be started.

MICHAEL PAUL HARRIS visited and he did a great job. Even though it was dark and cold he did his best to find my cleanout to unclog my slow drain. He was very methodical, understood each step, and easily explained the process. If I have issues, I'll definitely ask for Michael by name. It is nice to see good caring tradesmen out there still exist.

The technicians were polite, efficient, and respectful of property. The job was completed on time and satisfactorily.

Lindell from All Around plumbing came out over the weekend and helped with our broken water heater which was leaking all over the house. He was very thorough in explaining what was wrong and what was needed to replace the water heater. He presented us with different options and many ways to save money where we could. I really appreciated that.He did a fantastic job and helped out in our time of need! He was fast, efficient, and professional! top notch customer service.

Because of plumbing issues related to the recent freeze I was in desperate need of plumbing services. I called this company on yesterday. They were too get me taken care of this morning. Two very professional technicians David and Jay very knowledgeable came in and identified my problem and took care of it. They were very pleasant to work with and patiently explained my problem and quoted me a very reasonable price before they started the job. Our service providers from Got Flow saved us when we were in a bind. Within a couple of hours they sent out Will and Luis (2 incredibly nice gentleman). They were able to diagnose and repair our issue and resolved it very quickly with complete professionalism. This company is a joke. I scheduled an appointment to fix a leak last week for today at 8:00 a.m. No call, no show so I contacted them and spoke with Erica. She advised that she didn't have any information and would call me back. She didn't, so I contacted her again and she sad there were 3 people ahead of me so she didn't know when they could get someone to my residence. When asked why they didn't report at 8 she advised that they were rerouted to another call. oh, and she didn't have my address or issue report at hand so basically she was flying blind and feeding me bullshit as to when I could get a plumber out there. I highly recommend using someone else if you want punctuality and professionalism!
