Had a leak in the drain line. After calling multiple places to get an idea of how much to find the leak, and no information on how much to fix the leak, Donnie at Lifetime Plumbing came out to look at my situation at no charge. Donnie worked with me as a partner and is very trustworthy. They don't overcharge, it is quality work. I was kept in the loop so I could participate in the decisions when routing of water and sewer lines were being made so I could feel comfortable with the decision. I recommend them if you want a trustworthy plumber who will work withh you and/or other contractors. Because of their quality, price, and ethics, I chose them to re-pipe my entire house as well.

It was my first time calling a plumber and I had a great experience with Donnie. I called him last minute and he was able to come out early on a Saturday morning. He was very timely, efficient, and professional! Will definitely recommend to anyone who needs a plumber.

The Lifetime plumbing team is AMAZING. I had to have a ridiculous amount of work done both at my home and at my rental properties.They always get back to me super quick and accommodate my schedule (Working 2 full time jobs can be tricky!)Sebastian and his team are fast, thorough and extremely knowledgeable about their work. (I say he should be promoted from apprentice to master plumber!)It's extremely impressive and the service always comes with a smile. I've used Shawn as my plumber for some time now including pipe repairs after the freeze. He explains the problem, explains how he's going to fix it, does what he says he's going to do, and charges a reasonable price. He's professional, timely, and cleans up after his work is finished. I first used Shawn/Lifetime Plumbing in the midst of Snovid when water was pouring out of my ceiling. It was late, cold, and dark - his number was passed on to me by a friend from college. He showed up within a couple of hours and helped me stop the water and then set out to fix the repairs. Not only was he professional and honest but he was responsive to other neighbors who approached him to help them. I had him return to repipe my house and again was honest, good and professional. I wish I could find other professionals in the home repair industry who have the work ethic and approach Shawn possesses.

Recently lifetime plumbing came over to check out and figure out where my main drain line connection to the city main drain. Shawn was able to find it with the camera and provide a lot consultation and advise for me. Great service and value. Very professional and great company. Would highly recommend them to anyone.

My toilet kept backing up even after repairs. However when Lifetime Plumbing came on the scene everything changed. They diagnosed the problem and fixed it at record speed. During Houston’s frigid, freezing spell in February 2021, I had a pipe which burst in the wooden ceiling of my outdoor patio. Even though I was at least a decade long member of Abacus, they would not return my calls and stopped taking calls entirely. Shawn Hampton, a master plumber, was recommended by numerous neighbors posting on Nextdoor and he answered my call.I can wax poetic about Shawn and recommend him enthusiastically and highly. He is knowledgeable, courteous, and will stay with the task till the problem is solved. A true diamond in this business.

Thankfully I have not had any leaks or clogged pipes/drains, but if I did I would not hesitate to contact Shawn. Very professional, timely, and he explained everything so that a non-plumber like me could understand. And bonus, he likes my 4 legged kids and they like him!

Great communication. Sebastian kept me up to date on progress via text or call. He asked all the right questions, gave me options, set expectations and lived up to them. Old galvanized main line from water meter to the house was leaking badly and he was able to completely replace it the following day. Price was exactly as quoted. Definitely the plumbing company I'm using going forward..

There was a leak hard to fix in my house. but fortunately, he repaired it completely. He was on time, honest, professional, and he had great advanced skills. I will definitely use his service next time. Don't think too hard. I think he’s the best.!!!
