Called about getting an estimate for some work done in my shop...was told to expect a call back soon because the person who answered couldn’t even help me by answering the question “do you all install floor drains”, ok. I get a call 3 days later asking me to submit my plans for review...then I was asked can they schedule a time to come look at it (on a Thursday), no problem. That was 4 Thursday’s ago. No follow up, nothing.

This post is for work completed in 2015. Yet, I wanted to acknowledge Mr. Pace and his crew. Pace Plumbing installed an irrigation meter to the City of Houston meter codes for the HOA I represent. Initially, we were working with another plumbing company on the City’s list of approved plumbers. The other company gave us a decent bid at first. Then after reviewing our property they increased the job to over $4700! I called the City and asked if we could change companies on our permit, and the permit office did allow this change. I then called Pace. Pace came out in one day, they did not need to breakout the sidewalk they dug a massive hole and installed the meter into the City’s waterline. They only charged $1300!!! I cannot vouch for any indoor plumbing repairs, but for a city code required meter installation, they were a God send and saved us thousand of dollars by being an honest company, rather than making up lies about how the waterline was inaccessible without tearing out the sidewalk. Three years later we have had not one problem with this meter. The only reason I didn’t give them 5 stars was the fact they did leave the area rather messy. Yet for a $3400 dollar savings, we cleaned up the leftover dirt pile ourselves.

Pace Plumbing is an excellent plumbing company when you need immediate care. They have serviced our company Johnson Funeral Home for over 50 years. You can call them and expect immediate service. Great job!!!!!!!

This company has been the pillar of Third Ward Texas for more than 65 years. Mr. Pace has hired and trained a lot of up and coming plumbers in the greater Houston area. He always give back to the community by donating money to charitable organizations throughout the city. His company provides quality plumbing services for both residential and commercial entities. If you need service immediately, call them.

This company is a joke. I scheduled an appointment to fix a leak last week for today at 8:00 a.m. No call, no show so I contacted them and spoke with Erica. She advised that she didn't have any information and would call me back. She didn't, so I contacted her again and she sad there were 3 people ahead of me so she didn't know when they could get someone to my residence. When asked why they didn't report at 8 she advised that they were rerouted to another call. oh, and she didn't have my address or issue report at hand so basically she was flying blind and feeding me bullshit as to when I could get a plumber out there. I highly recommend using someone else if you want punctuality and professionalism!

This company came out to fix a leak in my bathroom yesterday in the ceiling . Went into my neighbor upstairs unit and w/o coming back into my unit to make sure leak was fixed . They are pitiful and dont care about peoples belongings. Broke my neighbor mirror and played like they didnt know what happened. Meanwhile my ceiling leaked all night. They came back out today and fixed something simple. When they got to leave tried to leave trash in my sink and on my floor til I had to make them clean it up and did a half ass job at that. Dont usr them I say they lazy and rude. But dont mind charging high prices.

Busted plumbing during the terrible Houston Texas freeze. Plumbers and plumbing companies were swamped. Pace showed up and took care of my problem immediately...

Horrible experience, very unprofessional. We get things go wrong, however they would not even come out any look, the just apologized that they didn’t have people to assess and left us with 1,250 bill.

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!! WENT IN DAY BEFORE TO SCHEDULE APPOINMENT. TALK TO LADY NAME ERICA. SUPPOSE TO HAVE BEEN FIRST ON THE LIST FOR THE NEXT DAY. GET A CALL FIRST THING THE NEXT MORNING THAT I WAS PUSH BACK TO SECOND ON THE LIST BECAUSE THEY WAS SHORT HAND. OK THAT FINE, THEN I GET A SECOND ASKING I WAS SCHEDULE BETWEEN 1;30 TO 3;30 TOLD THAT WAS INCORRECT. LADY TOLD ME THAT THE PLUMBER WAS ON HIS WAY.I WENT TO THE RESTROOM MISSED A CALL FROM THEM AND I CALL BACK AND ERICA TOLD ME THAT BECAUSE I DID NOT ANSWER THE PHONE THEY SEND I PLUMBER TO ANOTHER JOB.DID NOT KNOW THAT I HAD TO KEEP MY PHONE WITH ME IN THE RESTROOM WITH THESE PEOPLE. NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL.DID NOT TRY TO HELP ME AT ALL. JUST A HOLE BUNCH OF BULL!!!! CALL BACK SEVERAL TIMES TRYING TO SPEAK TO ROBERT OR DOROTHY PACE EVERYTIME SAID THEY WAS IN NOT IN THEY WOULD CALL ME BACK . NEVER GOT THAT CALL YET!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They hire novices and they charge double what everyone else in Houston charge, these people are a joke
