Roto-Rooter did a great job for me! My water heater started leaking through my attic, my wife and I panicked!. I called them out on a Sunday with an emergency and this was happening during the late Sunday but they were very responsive and making sure that my emergency was resolved then Anthony came from the Bay-town, TX!. He was very long away from my house but he came pretty fast and works quickly and he seems to have the knowledge. He was just very dedicated and committed about the work that needed to be done. I could tell he was genuinely concerned with what was happening. A good dedicated company generates and keeps very knowledgeable technicians!. I couldn't be happier with Roto-Rooter's response. The gentleman who I spoke to on the phone and the one that actually came to our house were both very polite and knowledgeable. They were able to come out the same day but were flexible to schedule for the next day as well. Weren't pushy about adding on work that didn't actually need to be done, just what was needed to rectify our issue. Pricing is fair for the services rendered. Overall, a very positive experience and I will be contacting them again in future.

My air-conditioning was not cooling properly. So, I called Abacus in the afternoon and they were able to schedule a technician to come out to do a free estimate the same day. The technician discovered that the fan monitor had gone out and he did not have the part on his truck. We discuss repairing and replacing the unit since it was 14 years old. He scheduled comfort technician to come out the next morning to discuss pricing for both options. The next morning Jose Ortega came to discuss our options and pricing. We decided to replace to unit. The installation team lead by Ruben Guerrero came around 1pm the same day to start the installation. Eventhough they weren't able to finish in one day. They didn't stop working until 10 pm so we could have air that evening and not have to sleep in a hot house again. They just had to come back the next day to do minor things. They were very professional and friendly. I would highly recommend Abacus air-conditioning repairs and replacement.

Great service...we used them for a blocked drain need cleaning , which they resolved quickly...but we still had issues with the sink not draining.....the gentlemen who came round tried a couple of things and was able to find the root cause (the blockage was due to buildup of dishwasher tablets)....all I can say is they were fast to respond, professional and very reliable. Highly recommend their service!

Mr. Vossler was responsive and polite over the phone but his technician showed complete lack of professionalism. Ricardo showed up to my house on the wrong day, without even calling ahead when he was on his way. In order to replace my water shutoff valve, Ricardo wanted to use a dirty old part which had been rolling around in his van, and he gave me attitude when I asked for a fresh part so I could have confidence in the longevity of the new valve. Ricardo also increased the quoted price without justification. After calling Mr. Vossler to complain, he told me he would make it right but he has never followed up on his word.
