I can confidently recommend TQP for your commercial plumbing needs based on my experience. My first experience was with a toilet stopage down the line before the cleanout access. Another company quoted me a bazillion dollars based upon they needed to bring out the Godzilla auger. Ok. I called TQP. They were prompt, got here on time completely prepared to resolve the problem. They quoted me fairly, I paid them 1/2 up front and they were done in reasonably short order. They presented pictures of the problem before and the solved problem after completion. I paid the balance due as a happy customer. My second experience was the same. If you need the job done right and want a fair price, give these guys a try. Faucet in bathtub started leaking so I looked around for a plumber close to me, found Lucky's Plumbing on Angie's list and called them. They said they would be out Monday between 10 -12. The plumber Eric was at my house before 10, I really like that. Checked out my leak, said it could be rebuilt instead of replaced which was great to hear. He then rebuilt it and installed a new shower head for me at a very reasonable price. All of the work was done quickly and professionally. Next time I need a Plumber I know who to call, Lucky's Plumbing!! Thank you for a job well done.

These guys are wonderful. Trustworthy, timely, very fair. We needed a Christmas Eve miracle and these guys delivered. Needed a new water heater and they come highly recommended by a friend. The plumber was very professional and nice. Finally I found a plumbing company I can trust.

Last Friday, I heard the pop and sudden sound of water rushing. The freeze finally got one of my pipes. I called 5 different plumbers and couldn't get anyone to come on that day. The best possible was the following Tuesday with ARS. They set a window from 9 am to 1 pm. Tuesday, no call, no show. I called back and was told by a very snarly CSR that the national call center has no idea what's going on and no one could come out until Thursday with no call window! I called Redfin and was treated with empathy and kindness. I was given a time window for Wednesday (today) and they delivered. Uli was my technician and he was excellent! He saw the problem and said it was an easy fix that wouldn't take long. I was very happy with his professionalism and attitude as I know every plumber is crushed with the volume of burst pipes in Houston. From now on, Redfin is in my favorites in my contacts. They will be the first to call should I have any other plumbing needs. Uli is to be commended for his work today!

Daniel Luke, is an AWESOME plumber. He was very thorough, he really cared and wanted the job to be done right! I had seen 2 other big plumbing companies before him; but as soon as explained everything to me, I knew immediately that I was going to do business with Abacus. I didn't do service with them but a company that doesn't go out to your house and see for themselves the situation and instead asks you to take pictures of your water heater to send to them.... that seems lazy to me and untrustworthy. They seemed nice though ?‍♀️

Called one week ago……still no call back. That’s pretty awesome service if you ask me. Don’t waste your time.Update two months later….still waiting on a call back.Maybe I’ll go to plumbing trade school and learn the trade myself, might actually happen before I get any attentiveness from GT.
