Extremely impressed!!! At 9 pm I made an appointment for a plugged drain line by computer for the next day and within 20 minutes they replied back by e-mail giving me a 4 hour window and stated I would be notified approximately 30 minutes before the tech would arrive. The next day I received a call notifying me a tech would soon be there, and he was!Sebastian Rodriquez immediately surveyed the problem and began work immediately. He was courteous, professional and worked diligently to get the drain unplugged. The drain is now open and clear and Sebastian gave me some tips to help alleviate any future problems.On top of this, they warranty their work for six months. There was a coupon on their website that saved me $40 on the service call as well.I couldn't have hoped for much better service than this.

The gentleman who I spoke to on the phone and the one that actually came to our house were both very polite and knowledgeable. They were able to come out the same day but were flexible to schedule for the next day as well. Weren't pushy about adding on work that didn't actually need to be done, just what was needed to rectify our issue. Pricing is fair for the services rendered. Hi, I called several A/C companies for help with a commercial unit. No one had the time but, Turbo A/C said no problem. They were so helpful and kept us up to date as to when the technican would be here. Rene was awesome, fixed the problem and stayed around to make sure everything was good. Great prices, great employee and great service!!
