the person that came today was polite and explained everything to us. Village Plumbing has send plumbers with no experience and my two water heaters that they installed are not working. We failed the inspections . plumbers sent who did not have the experience. Am still two and a half weeks later waiting to get hot water as it should come

Company was very responsive from the moment I called to the moment the job ended. Ethan did an outstanding job of communicating with me throughout the repair since I wasn't available in person. He definitely went above and beyond to get the water heater repair completed. It wasnt the easiest weather to be working in, but I appreciated all of his input and help on this. Will definitely be using this company again.

Houston Plumbing Services is top notch. We have had our fair share of issues and Houston Plumbing is by far the best company we have worked with and will continue to use going forward. They have been knowledgeable, timely, and have honest pricing. Each time they have arrived prepared and stay until the job is done. They have found and fixed multiple gas leaks and recently installed a tankless water heater for us. My only regret was not finding this company earlier when we had to replace the existing cast iron plumbing. I highly recommend this company.

We started working with Mission early in the summer when our almost 20 year old system was not cooling the house. A technician added Freon, and we made it through worst of the summer. In September it suddenly stopped cooling. I called right before closing time, and Jose was able to get out to our house in an hour. We needed a new capacitor, which he had on the truck. The house was cool again after dinner. A few weeks later the system shut down again after we set the thermostat too low, causing it to work too hard and overheat. Although Jose got it going again, we knew it was time for a new system.David Lewis (the owner) and I had a long talk about Ruud vs. Trane. David answered my questions patiently. Jose came over with some literature and sat at the table explaining various aspects of each brand to my husband and me. He took careful measurements of the very small closet where the system had to go and got us on the schedule for the upcoming weekend.On Saturday morning Brent and Carolyn arrived to install the system. David and Jose came by to go over the final details of how to fit it into the closet. Because of potential flooding in our neighborhood, our compressor has to be raised several feet off the ground. David was not happy with the platform that our old compressor was sitting on. He gave instructions to Carolyn and Brent to build a new platform to his specifications. The new platform is a work of art. It blends in with our house and even garnered compliments from the city inspector.Getting the new Trane system into the closet was an arduous task. At first Brent did not think it was going to fit. I was sure that sheetrock would have to be cut in the ceiling, but in the end the unit fit perfectly, and we even had room to put a media air filter below it without any need for sheetrock work or even touch up painting. A humidifier was installed (for winter), and the thermostat was replaced with a new, state-of-the-art touchscreen thermostat that controls the temperature and humidity.The new system is a thousand times better than the old one. It is very quiet and much more efficient. The old system was either blowing cold out full blast or not at all. This Trane system has infinitely variable speeds thanks to the DC motor in the compressor so once the house is cool (or warm) it drops to a lower speed to keep the temperature more constant without the full on-full off pattern of older systems.We have had a lot of contractors work on this house in the 25 years we have lived here. Our interaction and communication with Mission was the best we have ever had with a company. Choosing Mission was a great decision.

I would recommend avoiding this company. I requested a technician come diagnose my a/c which was not turning on. After looking over the unit, the technician recommended a complete replacement for $6,300 as the compressor was no longer functioning. Given this, I agreed have the unit replaced. Luckily, a second company was able to show up early (I had requested them to come out later that day) and within 15 min, they assessed that it was nothing to do with the compressor and my unit was just fine other than a new starter was needed, which ended up costing me on $200.After this experience, I have no trust in Turbo Home Services and would never recommend them to anyone.

Used another company to install 2 units a year and half ago. Nothing but problems. Fired other company and will only use Onecall from now on. Called OneCall today when one AC went out (again), immediately got Bobby out. He got me fixed in no time, Bobby is my go to guy now! Super responsive, Quick to help and knowledgeable. Even walked me through what he was doing so that i knew more about my system which i appreciate so much.

They are extremely professional and informative. Replaced my water heater and was always keeping me in the loop with what he did. His work was clean and efficient and I could not recommend more..

Chris was a great help. He came out and explained everything I needed to know and took his time explaining the problems he found. He told me about the work process to fix the problems and the situation I could take. I will be calling him back to install the new sewer pipes.

Turbo plumbing replaced our hot water heater with a new high efficiency one. We are satisfied with the professionalism... after installation, the room was tidied up and cleaned. It was also impressive how quickly it was done.

Byrd's was dispatched through my warranty company and I had a service tech sent to my home. He/she couldn't figure out the problem and left fairly quickly because it seemed like the issue had cleared itself up according to them. The next morning, the issue reappeared. I contacted my warranty company to have them sent out again and was told I needed to contact the company myself to set up a second time. As I called, the person that answered told me that she was there yesterday and there was no problem. I tell her that the stoppage is back this morning. She tells me that someone must have put something in there to stop it up since she had been there. The lady was rude point blank. So I called the warranty company and had them send out another company.The fact that the problem couldn't be figured out while she was there isn't an issue for me. As long as you come back out to fix the problem a second time. BUT the tone this lady used and to suggest I did something to my own toilet in the few hours since she had been there instead of just offering to come back out was way over the line.I won't be a customer and honestly don't care whether he/she reads this message, but maybe it'll make you think about how you talk to your customers in the future.

My AC went out in June, and if you've been in Houston for any summer you know it gets hot in June. I called all around when my ac went out and Turbo was the only one that could do a same day service call. Well it was more than a service call needed as my HVAC was 18 years old! That next day a new unit was installed. Then on Sunday a frw adjustments were needed and Christian (lead tech) came out; on a Sunday! If you need help right away don't waste calling around!
