Since 2020, we have had multiple repairs due to the age of our home, and every technician has been professional and courteous. This week was no exception. De'Anthony (drain repair) and Connor (HVAC) were efficient and answered all my questions with kindness and respect.

Initially we had a Saturday morning slot but they were tied up and had to reschedule. Though a bit inconvenient, once Joseph arrived, all was well! He was personable and professional! He’s got the “magic touch” too, seeing as he fixed our issue as soon as he touched it! We thought we needed a new disposal, but Joseph saved the day — not to mention money! The whole appointment was about 20 minutes! I would recommend their service.

Acacias Plumbing is Highly Ethical, skilled, knowledgeable, trustworthy, family-oriented, and goes beyond the scope of its duty. I HAVE NEVER SEEN A PLUMBING COMPANY IN MY LIFE LIKE THIS TEAM!! We purchased a home in a gated neighborhood almost a year ago. We had major plumbing work and had four companies give us outrageous quotes without understanding the scope. Other plumbing companies were fired for make-up work to pocket the money or never pull a City inspection. Acacias Plumbing worked on redoing our plumbing system on 3 ½ bathrooms, new patio, kitchen, and every location where we had water issues. They even fixed other plumbers' mistakes. They find new issues, such as a cracked wall or fixture breaking; they tell you when it is practical and give you clear information. We found it very helpful since our bathrooms were gutted. They checked the damage done by demolition and even helped to fix bad work. Unscrupulous plumbers may give you a lowball quote and then surprise you with extra fees saying they had to do more work than what was agreed on. First, Never use them, they are super expensive and totally looking to rip your head off. The estimator was shocked that I knew so much about AC and quickly went into , I am going to try and reason with the customer and explain why I am going to attempt to rip you off and overcharge you. I ask him some basic questions and he was in panic. He was 3 times more expensive on just Freon.He was upset I knew more than him and he was at a disadvantage, He than ask, What I wanted to pay? My response was, You are here to give me an estimate , not ask me what I am willing to pay, He then melted down and said, we have 401k , cell phones, company vehicles and get paid well, Not like most places, I said, all I want is a fair price, you don’t have to explain why you are going to knock my head off, Please Give Me the Price. He then mumbled and said, 6k ? He said, we are not cheapest and not for everybody. I told him what I paid for the unit next door and other units I own, He said , we don’t cater to investors and rentals. I said, I know what you cater to , people who are uninformed and don’t mind getting ripped off. DO NOT USE THEM!! They pray off uninformed weak consumers. I knew when I called a call center, I was in trouble. I despise companies who use these sales tactics and how they pray off gullible and weak consumers. They know what they do is wrong and they are the most expansive company for plumbing and air conditioning that you will ever call. Stay away. The sales tactics the guy used were poor. Who ask ? How much do you wanna spend ? Really????? Stay as far away as you can!!!They proved my point and I knew that is what they are about, You can find better plumbers and air conditioning companies that will treat you fair, this is not one of them, You will be paying 2 to 3 times more and that is not right, Be warned Now!!!

Called them with an issue that another company quoted me $500.00 for! That's not even including other fees! They were there for about 5 mins.Called H.P.S.and told them the issue and I spoke with Eda, who was very polite and accommodating and she quoted me $250.00 out the door. She sent two employees by the names of Leonard and Marcos out who were also very polite and efficient. They came out, fix the issue and even stayed to make sure everything was working in order after.Great pricing and even better service. Will be calling for all my plumbing needs from now on! T.Y!

I encountered Mission when they serviced my neighbor’s A/C system. I was able to have a technician out the next day to service mine. The tech was prompt, courteous, socially distant and thorough. I was satisfied with the experience.

I called to have my heating system repaired before the storm, unfortunately they were unable to complete the repair due to part unavailability. The technician was super helpful and allowed me to have input and ask questions. Ultimately, I was able to repair my heater in time for the freeze because of the instructions from the technician and my ability to order the part myself. I am very pleased with the technician and will definitely be using Turbo in the future.

We had a toilet repaired and three drains cleaned by Matthew. Matthew did a great job. The following day Rigo came to install a new toilet upstairs. Rigo also did a great job. Both men were very professional and courteous. They are the kind of employees any company would want to have interacting with their customers.

Every single service VIP plumbing worker either on the phone or in person has been so incredibly polite, knowledgeable and such people persons that I'm 100% happy with their visits every time. They take pictures of their work on your system before and after.

Pickett Plumbing was very responsive. Bud came out quickly, was very professional and helped with a clogged drain. It turned out there was a second drain clog so Bud came out again the next day to repair that one. Very happy with the service.

I used Best Rates Plumbing Inc for faucet leak today. They stopped by my house 1 hour after and they detected the issue very quickly! Highly recommended to anyone :)

Two great men were very professional and curtious. They need a set of Alan wrenchs. Luckily I had a set. It looks wonderful and no more leaks!

Speedway Plumbing have come to our house on a few occasions over the past two years for plumbing repairs and also for our shower renovation. We really appreciated the great service and good sound advice especially with a very tricky bathroom renovation. We are now renovating the kitchen and there are some tricky plumbing challenges that I will only trust Speedway Plumbing to solve.

I have been in the market for a plumber for months now and finally found this one. The plumber is punctual, trustworthy and does an amazing job. He showed up last night to fix a clog in my toilet with no issues at all. I would recommend this plumber to everybody looking for quick and easy service on their toilet.

I have had problems with the air conditioner in the last few days and with the hot weather it is impossible not to have air conditioning at home, a family member optimized TURBO for the repair and it was definitely the best decision I could make, the fix was quite fast.

Last week I called Turbo for an air condition installation in my house, they gave me a good service and the work was excellent.

David went above and beyond to get our AC fixed. Very knowledgeable, friendly and very patient when answering all our questions. We are so thankful that he fixed the problem the same day because with this Texas heat we can’t go a day w/o the air conditioner! Customer service was exceptional and you can’t beat their prices compared to others in the area. I will definitely recommend this company to family and friends every time!
