TDT saved us thousands of dollars. We had them come in to give us a second opinion. They gave our drains the ok. The first plumbing company said we had a broken drain. TDT showed us the video and even located the direction and location of the drains. Michah & Curtis Came out.

Got right to work on a really tough job, no hesitation! Worth the money

If I had gone with Picket I would have spent around $6,000 on completely unnecessary repairs. They were not even close on the diagnosis or estimate. Pickett sent a plumber to my hose to diagnose two items: a leaking shower and an inoperable tankless hot water heater. After visiting the attic to look at the hot water heater I was informed that the problem was most likely a bad core. Replacement cost: $5000. He then looked at the leaking shower head. It was dripping from the shower head and i told him i thought it was the valve. He told me I was wrong and suggested I get a shower pan leak test ($300) and then tear out the valve. I paid my money for the estimate - not free with Pickett - and told them I would get a second opinion.The actual problems were diagnosed by Simon Trevino of Monsies home repair:Hot water heater - turns out the system uses a couple of batteries to run the display and temp control. The batteries were bad. He replaced them and that fixed the problem.Shower - the valve was in fact the problem (as I suspected) and the part could be replaced without going in to the wall. Total cost of all repairs by someone that knew what they were doing: $150.I have Michael Berry to thank for the Pickett recommendation but will no longer respect his opinion of his advertisers. This is twice he has steered me wrong.

I used H-town Emergency Plumber services on several occasions, and I highly recommend them for their honesty, integrity, and professionalism.I got fist introduced to them during the freeze in February 2021. I had a leak due to the bursted pipes. It was also impossible to get anyone to come. Alex responded to the emergency situation and came next day. He conducted a leak search and identified three ruptured pipes, which he swiftly repaired. Best of all he was very professional, explained everything he was doing, and left the place very clean after he was done. He also told he how to prevent this kind of damage in the future. When he was leaving other people on my street were coming up to him as all neighbors also had broken pipes. Although I imagine he was fully booked, I saw his truck on my street after hours probably helping others get their water restored.I later also called H-town Emergency Plumber for a number of small repairs, including my garbage disposer replacement. They installed the best, reasonably priced option on the market. Now I have a quiet disposer that doesn't wake up my kids every time I run it. Alex is always professional, on time, respectful of my property, and has a fair competitive price for a fully licensed and insured master plumber. They are my plumbers for life, and I highly recommend them to everyone.

Cameron & his helper were very quick to get to our home. We were having problems with our toilet. Cameron looked at it and noticed the problem, explained in detail what needed to be done, how much it would cost and fixed the problem. All this was done in less than an hour. Both Cameron and his helper were very professional and got the job done. Great work and if I have any more problems with my plumbing, will definitely be calling Acosta Plumbing.Update: Cameron had to come out the next day, because our toilet was still leaking, he fixed the issue and made it right, he apologize, and didn’t charge us again. Now, we are for sure we are definitely going to use Acosta Plumbing. Very sincere, honest people!

Two exterior faucets were replaced, along with a master shut off valve. John was exactly on time for our appointment, and was very professional at determining what I needed and got everything done within two hours. I will certainly use them again.

Contacted them to see if they potentially have someone available to help assist with a gas fireplace and the gentleman I spoke with immediately responded stating they did not have anyone available and hung up. There was no offering of other options for availability of next day or end of week. Poor service and unprofessional.

They were extremely careful and respectful while working inside my home and kept their work areas free of debris. I would gladly use them again if the need arises.
