I wasn't prepared to spend the amount of money I spent, but it needed to be done.Alton quickly diagnosed both the clogged drains, and fixed the the problem. First time using them because I was worried I might get overcharged and figured a big chain would hopefully have some set prices and hopefully employees paid well.I went online and scheduled around 7am because my kitchen sink had clogged the night before. I figured it probably wouldn’t work, and would call around 9/9:30 to check up on who had(n’t) received my schedule inquiry. Sure enough, to my surprise, I got a call around 9:15 that a plumber should arrive within 30 minutes, and Chris showed up around 9:45!When he came in, he was wearing a mask and put on bootie things around his boots so my house wouldn’t get dirty - thanks! - and inspected the drain, gave me an explanation about what was going on and a price. Before he went to do the work, I had a price (** pro tip: check the website for deals! I got $75 off for a food can drive, I gave 3 cans!) and signed the paper and he was off! The drain unclog/snake price was $405 (minus $75 = $330) I thought it might have been high, but in the end it was totally worth it! He went above and beyond in my opinion.He also explained there was a 6-month ‘guarantee’ so if it clogged again in 6 months they would come back, FOC. Plus, if he couldn’t fix it, no charge.He used the regular snake, but after about 45 mins, went to get the thicker one - I don’t think he totally had to do that, I didn’t know that was a thing and probably wouldn’t have known a difference - but he wanted to get it totally cleaned out!He gave me some tips and told me to use Enzymes (vs Drano-type products), and that he had a product but I could also buy it in a store.I did have a little clean up after he left, but it was minor.Great service! I would say first and foremost because they got right back to me and sent me someone right away. PLUS he got the job done, and well!Thank you Roto rooter!

Did not show up on time, plumbers did not understand how a loop system works. Told me would be an additional day to make repair due to there inexperienced technicians.

Arrived on time, quick, knowledgeable, though pricy service. They charge a modest $45 fee due to fuel cost increase. They sent Yanis (a Master plumber) to evaluate and replace a broken leaking plastic ball valve and replace and relocate an improperly located pressure reduction valve in one visit. Yanis showed considerable knowledge and spent time explaining the repair and best practices. Whole job cost $1080 and took about 2 hours. Did a great job cleaning up too. Of the 2 hrs, waited 30 minutes for someone to drop off parts.Edit: Price was actually on the high side after researching parts installed. Parts was about $200 so paid about $350-400/hr for labor but Yanis was knowledgeable.

Had burst pipe and they fitted me in asap.called ahead and were very nice.ceiling fell and they clean mess.would have gave 5 stars but they quoted me at job of$180.00 to put strap on but they found another pipe stress they double price to put a second strap on.it was all easy access.thanku for coming but $185. Per hr was much to be here hour and half

Very very expensive. Did not bring all parts. Had to supply one myself. Showed up very fast as a plus. But got really more than charged double looking at the national average. Research before using them.After providing feedback to the owner and further discussion we have come to an agreeable solution to the issue. I was pleasantly surprised to be able to work with them and settle the disagreement. With that I can now rate this business a reasonably good value for the money with this experience.

Just wanted to have routine service on my AC and the technician was polite and explained every thing that he did. I used this company back during the freeze when my pipes burst . They were the only company that I could get to come out in a timely manner and the did an excellent job. I plan to use them in the future if I have any AC or plumbing concerns

Had to shut off water to the house during the first day of the storm. Called Perot and spoke with the owner. Was told he could get out 2 days later. Tried calling him numerous times to confirm the schedule without success. When I did get ahold of him- by luck- on the afternoon of the day we were scheduled for service, he knew absolutely nothing about my call, said he would ‘try to handle the local people’, estimated his response at ‘maybe another two days’ and was plainly overwhelmed. While I appreciate the unique difficulties of the situation, Perot led us to believe that we could rely upon them when plainly they had not even scheduled our call. We would have made other arrangements with a company that books and calendars its calls for service and has the capacity to provide updates.
