If I could rate this company less than a one star, I would. A major disappointment! Always arrived more than an hour or two late for scheduled appointments. Will state the problem and tell you how they will solve the problem; However will present an online bill that charges something totally different (be aware of the bait and switch trick). And finally, they charged my credit card TWICE without my consent for different amounts of money. I am in the process of filing charges with the attorney general's office. Next time do business with the plumbers that have been in Houston for more than 10 years. These are the honest guys.

Michael Elliott was exceptional! He provided a thorough service in diagnosing our water pressure problems. He explained to me everything with much detail and offered a lot of sound advice on how to diagnose and handle future plumbing issues. I called him back (specifically) to install a whole house water filter because I liked my first experience with him so much. He did very clean work with the installation. Everything works great. The plumber was nice and very professional. It is easy to feel uncomfortable when a stranger enters you home. My family was VERY comfortable with our plumber. A big part of that was all the communication I received from the company and the technician before he arrived. Including a picture of our plumber. I would definitely use this company again.

If I could rate AAA zero stars I would. They have horrible communication, horrible customer service, and they're very expensive. I work for a large Multifamily & Investment company and a lot of my sister properties use AAA for a lot of work needed on their properties. Now we are all going to Best Plumbing. I have called many of times for over a month and never have received a call back in regards to my issues. Save yourself the high blood pressure and use anyone else but AAA.UPDATE:Two weeks ago I spoke with a supervisor Kenny in regards to invoices I had that I was continuously trying to get resolved. He said he was terribly sorry for my inconvenience and he would have them credit it to my account. Well, today I received another invoice it was the same one I was disputing originally. The accounts payable chick (lenann?) was rude. I then spoke with Chuck who was also snippy. They do not take notes on their end to let the others in the office know that they made changes/adding credits to accounts. Still not a good review. Still haven't changed my mind about these people. Overall unprofessional.Another Update: Based on their response below you can obviously tell their not professional whatsoever. They don't care.

DYZ Plumbing provided excellent service, They responded to my request within a couple of hours. Yence (not sure of the spelling), the plumber, was outstanding. He explained everything he was doing to check on the old garbage disposal, and install the new one. Highly recommend this company. Thank you, Yence!!!

I will definitely use One Call again and specifically Rob. He correctly analyzed our plumbing issue and the price was very reasonable. He was punctual, professional, cleaned up after the work and he fixed it! We talked to 3 other plumbers and we chose Rob because he was very practical in his approach and seemed so honest. The others immediately started with the sales pitch and a couple of them said ridiculous things that just didn't make any sense. It's hard to find good people and these are good people.

Had burst pipe and they fitted me in asap.called ahead and were very nice.ceiling fell and they clean mess.would have gave 5 stars but they quoted me at job of$180.00 to put strap on but they found another pipe stress they double price to put a second strap on.it was all easy access.thanku for coming but $185. Per hr was much to be here hour and half

Bud M provided my plumbing service. He was friendly, fast, cordial, and professional. Besides fixing the issue with a stopped-up garbage disposal, he gave me some tips on how to prevent recurrence. He’s a real nice guy and knows his stuff. The price was very reasonable.

We recently purchased a house that was a major project. I was aware of problems in my sewer line so I called around and found Got Flow plumbing. They sent out a technician next day. Rolando, the technician began to inspect the line using a camera and I was able to see the condition. We agreed on a reasonable price and they got started next day. Rolando was responsive and thorough, we really appreciate the honesty. Great workers

Great, friendly and quick service! I accidentally flushed a cloth diaper down my toilet and Alex was able to get it out quickly. It wasn’t an emergency, so he was able to come out the day after I called. While he was here he also fixed an issue with my tub /shower drain. We plan to use him for all our future plumbing needs!

Choosing Acosta Plumbing for re-piping our house was a great choice! They were very nice and easy to work with. They took the time to really look through our house and give a good estimate based on our layout and actual needs. They explained everything and also saved us a lot of hassle along the way. They completed the big project in one day and because they took the time to plan you can barely tell a re-pipe happened at all! Suncoast came out to fix an odor in our bathroom. Although they didn't fix the problem, I would recommend working with them because they fixed our invoice. I recommend Suncoast.

This company has a horrible drive who apparently has road rage! Drive with unit number 120. Called yesterday to report to the company and left a message with the receptionist and haven’t heard back from the manager. Couldn’t get the managers name because apparently the receptionist said she could not give out the managers name! Remember your employees reflect on your company!

Had a pipe pop like so many I'm sure from this freeze. Chris had been working all day but squeezed us in as his last call this evening. I've used him for many repairs in the past from sprinklers to leaks and he always does a great job. Plus he's a Bellaire guy and I love supporting somebody local.
