This company has done work for our association before and based on those jobs I had been recommending them. BUT....when I needed them for a personal home repair, I was told I couldn't even be scheduled until after I set up an account with a credit card number. After setting up an account with a credit card number, I was told no one could come out until maybe Monday because of all the rain our area had been receiving. I did tell them it was an active leak about 2 gallons in 4-5 minutes. After I hung up, I called Premier Plumbing and the City - both of which sent out people to assess without asking for credit card info. It was not on the City side so Premier went into action the very next morning and they just left after resolving the issue to completion.

M&M help me out of a terrible situation. Monday we had a different plumber do some work; replace a old tub mixer valve with a new one. After 5 hours and me discovering mistakes for them to correct we thought they were finished. I paid them and they left. I went to clean up the tub and the valve would not cut off the water and worse I found a pin hole in a joint. Water is spraying everywhere. I call X-Perts plumbing back. With on answer. Now it is 2am.Tuesday morning I called M&M plumbing. The friendly voice on the phone said he could have someone out in an hour. Right on time Keith from M&M was at my door. Very pleasant and professional young man. He went right to work. He would give me the bad possibilities but hope for the best. He was able to repair the hard to get to pin hole in minutes. Then on to the tub. This took more thought, he had to figure out what the other plumber had done wrong, in the end we believed small parts were missing. Just as he was finishing that up the bathtub drain seal broke and the tub water from upstairs began pouring out of my downstairs kitchen lights. What a nightmare. If it had to happen I am so grateful it did when Keith was here and not X-Perts. Keith was able to find the parts and installed in a timely manner. You can imagine how panic I am right now. I have already paid for one plumber and now Keith has been here 3+hours working. My husband and I were so relieved when we saw the bill. Not cheap but definitely not over price. I asked for some business card so I can pass their name around. I will use them again, wish their name would have pop up on Google when I was searching, found them under 24 hour plumbing.

This is the second time I have used/contacted DYZ Plumbing. Everything about the company was professional, from the phone calls to the emails to the in person repair visit. They are courteous and respectful of my time and my home. (Things that a lot of other businesses could learn from them…)The master plumber, who came with a fellow plumber, was top notch. Not only did they bring uninstall the perfect new kitchen faucet, but before they did that, they replaced the old sink valves, which to my surprise were leaking under the cabinet. It could have been a catastrophe!Their professionalism and commitment to doing the full job and taking care of clients is a testament to this business and a relief for customers like me.They have my loyalty and I thank them for a job very well done!

During a time where plumbers were working through a high demand time, this company went above the standard and worked us into their schedule. On a Sunday, when no one else was available or willing or even able to work us in. The plumber arrived, identified the issue, and discounted the price; because it was a simple fix. That’s an upstanding action, as I’m hearing of friends and co-workers being charged astronomical prices due to the demand of plumbers. A trusting and honest company is rare in these times! I would gladly refer and use them again! Thank you for helping us during a trying time!!

I just found Acosta plumbing solutions online This morning I called them and was pleasantly surprised when they said they would be at our house in the afternoon on the same day. Isaias Martinez the technician with his coworker came on time did the walk through of the leak. Within 10 minutes they were able to diagnostic the root cause of my leak. We talked about what we were looking for and what was realistic for our budget and as we were talking Isaias recommended that one of our upgrade to fix this leak be to add a T line in the main drain and connect it to the AC drain so that it will shut down the AC to the house if a leak or a rupture is detected. After hearing about this solution we decided to fix the it was a good idea and requested and intervention right away. Isaias and his team were able to complete the work and stopped the water leakage in a very professional matter within 45 minutes. Needless to say it was a great diagnostic and great intervention because our water leakage was already causing enough damage to our house.Thank you Ascota Plumbing Solutions for performing this job and thanks to Isaias and his team for finishing everything up everything today! I called this company at 7:30am on Sat Aug 21, 2021. After giving my information, I was told the plumber would call. I have wasted the whole day waiting for a plumber. I called at three hour intervals only to be told at 3:25 PM no plumber is available today!!!DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!
