I used this company to fix a leak at my business, since 06/22/2022 until today 10/03/2022 it’s not been fixed , they charge me to fix the leak, I called the front desk lady they promised to call back they never did call or follow up about my complaints

One call is a excently company i was so empressed with the service they are extremely professional and informational . Ask for Devin he came out because I had a leak in my ceiling. I panic not knowing if it was from plumbing or air conditioning. He diagnosed the problem and showed me that water was coming from my a/c unit. This is a great company because their guys know a/c and plumbing. He gave me options that I could do. Unfortunately I have a 15 year old unit where parts are no longer on the warranty and and need to get my unit replaced which I will be doing through one call. Great company I highly recommend this company

Jared and (Cisco?) came out to check on a leak from my 2nd floor bathroom. They made quick work on diagnosing the issue and giving quotes. Jared seemed to be very knowledgeable and experienced. They were able to quickly replace the broken flange and wax ring for my toilet. Very professional and made sure the work areas were cleaned afterwards.

Chris and John came to the house and gave me a complete evaluation of my AC issue. They showed me photos of my problem as well. Afterwards, they provided me with a fair estimate for repairs and patiently answered all of my questions. They completed all repairs in a timely manner. And within that same context there are plumbers and then there is H-Town Emergency Plumber.The toilet in my condo started leaking and I knew I needed someone to get the job done right. I had a late afternoon appointment , but they were able to send a plumber earlier. Isaias was on time, was professional and pleasant, he assessed the problem, and performed the work in about 45 min. I’m leaving this review for the driver of van 34 today on Fairmont Parkway in Pasadena. He changed lanes without a blinker, almost sodeswiping me. Then he did the same thing to another car the next lane over. I tried calling but the phone operator didn’t seem concerned.

This company has a horrible drive who apparently has road rage! Drive with unit number 120. Called yesterday to report to the company and left a message with the receptionist and haven’t heard back from the manager. Couldn’t get the managers name because apparently the receptionist said she could not give out the managers name! Remember your employees reflect on your company!

I just looked at this review today. I called the guy up since everyone had positive things to say about him. Master Plumber and owner of the company came out. He looked at my problem and right away knew what he needed to do. He took the time to explain and went to work. He told me that he might have to make a mess inside the office because it looked like it was too clogged up. I told him I couldn't have that because we see patients everyday. He said he would have to look at the man hole and see where our pipe was and if he could do it. Right away he took his machine out and started working outside in a filthy man hole full of roaches. The guy did it. Our pipes were so clogged up, I really didn't think we were going to get it fixed without tearing this place apart. But he did it. Very professional, courteaus and willing to explain the entire process. Thanks for a job well done.
