Best Video Inspection in Houston TX

We hired BlueFrog to replace three hot water heaters in October. Two were in main attic and the third was in a small attic area with limited access opening. Randy and his crew were very professional and finished this huge job in one day. Had gotten multiple bids, and BlueFrog's pricing and availability were best. Extremely happy with results. Would definitely recommend BlueFrog!

Stay away from Roto-Rooter! We called them on August 4th do help with a small water reclamation project on the second floor of our home. After a week of them demoing walks and floors and drying things out, they left and the real damage was found. They used heavy humidifiers to dry things out, but they never laid any floor protection on the wood floors on our 1st floor. 3 flooring experts hae come out on their dime and confirmed that the floors have to be ripped up and replaced. Plus, our stairs have to be sanded, restained and repainted. This will also require us to move out of our house for at least a week. In all, it is over $70K worth of damage. To make matters worse, their unethical insurance company, Sedgwick, is continuing to play stalling tactics so that they don't have to pay for any of the damage their gross negligence caused. We've been overly accommodating with Sedgwick, trying to bend over backwards to help them move things along but they refuse to move. It has officially been more than 2 months and not a single thing has been done. I highly recommend that if you have a water reclamation or plumbing need to NOT call Roto-Rooter. The chances of you having an even bigger headache are very real and most likely probably. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THEM!

Lindell is simply the best of the best. He quickly came to help me with a hopelessly clogged drain in my new home, and also helped with a retrofit of my existing sink faucet and water maker. These days, a good plumber who is very responsive and also well priced is like finding a needle in a haystack. I will continue to use him for any and all plumbing needs in the future.

This is the second time I have used/contacted DYZ Plumbing. Everything about the company was professional, from the phone calls to the emails to the in person repair visit. Not only did they bring uninstall the perfect new kitchen faucet, but before they did that, they replaced the old sink valves, which to my surprise were leaking under the cabinet. It could have been a catastrophe!Their professionalism and commitment to doing the full job and taking care of clients is a testament to this business and a relief for customers like me.They have my loyalty and I thank them for a job very well done!

One Call Houston (Bobby) did a fantastic job with my HVAC system. Had a problem with my heating unit and he resolved it with ease. Was fast, efficient and very professional. He was on time, soft spoken and explained the issue in great detail before fixing it. He also gave me a bunch of tips for maintaining the system. He even addressed a small issue I had with my in-sink-erator! Fantastic service. Will definitely call on them in the future for any issue. Keep up the good work One Call Houston... Cheers!

Commercial building with severly clogged toilet drains. No clean out
and clog was a long way from the toilets. Chavez came out late in the day, stayed until the job was finished and then cleaned up afterwards.
Friendly people and I would recommend Chavez for any plumbing need.

Got an estimate for adding a washer/dryer lines (hot/cold/drain). The people were nice enough.Originally I wanted this in a spot in my closet. I got a not nice plumber to come by from a different company, who told me that the drain was not big enough, and that it would cost me $11,000 at minimum. So, I changed to directly behind a bathroom with the pipes right there and a larger than necessary drain, and called Pickett plumbing.Without telling them I changed spots, they gave me a charge me $10,600 if I paid them $100 to be part of their members plan. Then told me my water heater was too old and needed to be replaced as well (it’s fine). Tell me that wasn’t some kind of rip-off. I called a different plumber who charged me Less than half that and laughed at the ridiculous charge. I even got the drywall holes fixed for that. He checked the water heater said there was no problem with it, so why would I pay for a new one? So at least they’re nice, just dishonest.

TRASH all these bad reviews are right, these workers do half a$$ jobs and leave midway through the work and say they have to come back just to get paid again! never ever will use this company again. SCAMMERS

Two exterior faucets were replaced, along with a master shut off valve. John was exactly on time for our appointment, and was very professional at determining what I needed and got everything done within two hours. I will certainly use them again.
