The plumber was nice and respectful. He thoroughly inspected the issues I was having and diagnosed the problems. 2 of the issues he showed me how to fix it myself, which was very easy and quick. The main issue turned out to be a leaky roof and not a pipe. So in the end they didn't charge me anything. Very happy about the honesty and no service charge just for coming out.

We called Abacus on a Sunday because of a leak with our water heater. They were able to replace it the same day. During the process, it was discovered that the water pipes were original from 1955 and were in horrendous shape. We agreed to have the house re piped. Although and expensive endeavor, EVERYONE and EVERYTHING was done professionally. I highly recommend Abacus.Thanks to Fidel, Andrew, Mike, Cheyenne,and several others on their crew.

I can't say enough about TDT Plumbing! They were recommended to me by a friend back in June. I had a pretty clogged up toilet and our home insurance wouldn't cover it! Armando and Jacob came out, were there for quite a while. They were both very professional, polite and would answer our questions. They took care of the problem!The toilet started to have a problem again (different problem) right before Christmas and we were going to have guests at our home. I called them late one afternoon and spoke to Vic who assured me that they would take care of it before Christmas. Next day I spoke to Melissa who explained that Micah and Jack were at another job but would be at my house in the afternoon. Micah and Jack fixed our problem and all was well again. Horrible company !! Flooded one of my houses. Did $35,000 damage to it and would not give me his insurance. Put in used parts. Lied to me many times. Had to get the city to revoke his permits. Will probably end up in court with this guy. Stay away - big trouble !!!!

I have been on hold over 20 minutes for 3 days in a row. The recording tell you your next in the que only to be put on hold when the young lady answers. If they are overloaded when making and appointment, how can they be effective with repairs
