Texas Quality Plumbing came to our rescue when the toilet at our Academy was out of order, they helped us set an appointment ASAP, and were punctual. They fixed our plumbing issue promptly and did a very good job, we were extremely satisfied with the work done. The reason we are able to leave a two-star review, however, is that one of the plumbers by the name Miguel Serrano that completed this job for us has been pestering our manager (we are still not sure how he acquired her personal information) all over personal social media and phone calls. The service was completed promptly but the misuse of confidential and personal customer information is a violation we are extremely uncomfortable with.- Suzuki Academy Inc. Administration

Guys showed up on time, were polite, knew what they were doing, communicated well, and helped us out.TDT did several things for us:-ran a new gas line when concerting from an electric cooktop to gas range-moved a fridge water line-added a water line for pot filler-rerouted a water line that was in a bulkhead that was removed-unclogged master tub / shower (never fun to have the tub not drain during a kitchen remodel!)Great work and highly recommend - will use again

I had a unit installed by them almost 5 years ago. They installed in one day and the finance option was a major help to me. They are very friendly, knowledgeable and they make sure you know all your options. I just had my 1st issue with the unit and they came out the same day and took care of it quickly and with a minimal service charge. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to get a new AC unit or looking for someone to Service the one they already have.

Honestly I don’t leave reviews but Anthony was so helpful i couldn’t not. I live in the Abby apartments and didn’t expect anyone to even show up this late at night but he fixed my over flowing sink that was pouring onto the floor and cleaned up afterwards definitely 5 stars

This company came out, looked my toilet told me they were afraid they would break the toilet trying to take it up to see what was leaking. They didn't do anything other than look at it told my husband someone else would be in touch so someone else could come out and never heard from anyone. After 2 weeks I called with no response until 2 months after the work was completed by another company. DO NOT USE THEM!
