All I can say is Blue Frog plumbing of NW Houston is now my go to plumber!!!!!! They are Fabulous!!!!! I had them replace a toilet in my home and I was blown away by how professional and experienced they were!!!! They not only did a great job , they were on time and very neat. Incredibly professional, honest, and fairly priced. Leonard Papa and his co-worker installed our new garbage disposal in 30 minutes and were able to diagnose the cause of our low water pressure and lack of hot water upstairs. Since we were new home owners, he even helped us find our water shutoff valve. Great company and great work, I will definitely use them from here on out!Edit 11/16: They came immediately when we had water leaking through our kitchen ceiling the first time we used the shower in our new home. They explored all the options possible before having to cut the ceiling, and in the end were able to diagnose the issue so we could properly file a claim.They are great for both scheduled maintenance and emergencies ?

Customer service and communication with their other employees really need work. Not the same from a little over a year ago.

These guys sent over a crack head looking guy with tattoos al over him smelling like weed. Worked on our water heater and couldn't fix it so charged us over $300 to tell us must be the controller and that would be an additional $750 to put a $150 part in. I dont suggest anyone tyo ever use these guys. Reporting them to Bbb. Just taking advantage of the elderly is what tbey do.

Alberto and team, all of the technicians and sales teams that worked with us we’re courteous and professional. They came on time, explained everything well and completed the job of installing a new condenser and evaporator coil in a timely and professional manner. Costly job but now have a peace of mind work was done well and in good hands with future maintenance plans.

Chris was our saving grace! He was able to fix a busted pipe in our house that was between our two bathrooms quickly and efficiently. He was wonderful to work with. I can say we have found our new plumber! Thanks again!!!

I’ll preface this by saying, I was not actually able to get work completed by this company despite multiple attempts. Their workmanship may be excellent- I cannot rate them on that. My review is based on my experience trying to get a technician to my house and communicating with the company. I welcome a response if I have misrepresented anything.I contacted Turbo because I needed both a plumber and an electrician to install a new garbage disposal (current one is hard wired, new one requires an outlet). When I called I confirmed that they could do both at the same time. I then paid an up-front $89 service fee just to schedule (red flag, I know). Scheduled for the following Thursday (Jan 26) arrival between 10am and 1pm. They then asked for pictures of the work which I was happy to send and even agreed to have a technician call me to give me a rough verbal estimate. All fine. I stayed home from work on Thursday and when I had no calls and no one at my house after 1pm I called the office. They were apologetic, running behind, etc. In the process of rescheduling, they became concerned about the job and the garbage disposal I had to install - apparently they did not review the job description or the photos I sent. I appreciate the due diligence, but we were talking about this after I expected the job to be completed. They then asked me to text pictures and further information about the job which I did immediately to radio silence.I waited until the following Monday (Jan 30) and followed up - I actually was interested in simplifying the job, doing what they suggested, etc. I asked to give me a call. At 9am “Yes, I’m in a meeting, will call you after.” It’s 8:30pm and I haven’t heard anything. I called at 5pm to request my service fee be refunded which I understand takes a few days to process.In the back of my mind a tiny piece of me wonders if this is a scam? But it seems so elaborate for just $89. The no call/no show, promising to communicate and not, up front payment, etc. just feels fishy.Again, I welcome the company’s response if I have misrepresented what happened. I, unfortunately, cannot provide a review on their work. This was a frustrating process for me as I work full-time and have two small children and was just trying to get something fixed.
