Best Shower Drain Clogged in Houston TX

I'm a repeat customer and had service again yesterday. Luis and Gilbert were efficient and explained the issue clearly. Also, they put my mind at ease about what I thought may have been a bigger issue.14 Feb 2020 - I just had another great experience with Nick's Plumbing. Today, service was provided by mainly William Blankenship and also a gentleman named Jorge. They replaced my water heater as it had reached end-of-life and caused my electric bill to skyrocket. William exceeded my expectations as he agreed to be on a conference call with my warranty company in order to ensure I was able to file a claim to be reimbursed for at least some of the costs associated with having a new water heater installed.

They were professional and knowledgeable. Arrived when they said they would and solved my problem quickly. I highly recommend them.

I called and asked about hooking up my gas generator to bbq out let nat gas line. The guy answered my question was helpful. I called 5 min later with one more question and he responded with “can you call tomorrow it’s Sunday and I have better things to do.” Wow!!! That’s a first for me. I would recommend not picking up the phone next time if you have better things to do. Terrible!

A++++++++++Our home warranty company scheduled their plumber to come out for an emergency overflowing toilets and shower. They never showed. Richard with bluefrog plumbing went totally out of his way to take care of my problem on extremely short notice. We are new customers for bluefrog and they treated us as if we had used them for years. Bret was very professional and I recommend them to absolutely anyone. A+++++++++++

VIP Plumbing was an absolute joy to work with from the initial phone call to the completion of the repair. The office staff was extremely friendly and attentive and answered all of my questions. They actually called me back when they said they would! The technicians that came to my home were equally as kind and extremely knowledgeable. Unfortunately, the repair that I needed was outside and it was raining. The technicians worked diligently over a period of days to get the repair done despite the weather. I had a great experience with the whole crew when installing my new tankless water heater. Ruben, Chris, and Jose showed up on time, very cheerful, and ready to work. They were all professional, explained the process before and after, and were fast! They even went above and beyond to help with something else in my house outside of what they came to do. Jared and (Cisco?) came out to check on a leak from my 2nd floor bathroom. They made quick work on diagnosing the issue and giving quotes. Jared seemed to be very knowledgeable and experienced. They were able to quickly replace the broken flange and wax ring for my toilet. Very professional and made sure the work areas were cleaned afterwards.
