Extremely happy with Nick’s Plumbing. They were very responsive. Eugenio came to the house and he was very professional and efficient. I hope we don’t have any more plumbing issues at the house but if we do, we’ll definitely call Nick’s Plumbing again.

They came out with one days notice and even answered the phone when I called on Sunday. They were very straightforward on the work that needed to be done and the cost and did everything quickly. I have used them for years and will continue to do so.

Very disappointed. I Called this company out for a pipe clog. The man ended up Flooding the house when removing the toilet, promised to send a restoration team out immediately but never heard back from them and they never showed. It’s been over a week now. Left the bathroom a horrible mess, did not clean up at all. The plumber was nice but lied to my face and ruined my ceiling as the water flood from the upstairs from him not draining the toilet tank and all the water poured into my ceiling destroying my sheet rock. Will have to pay $1000s to fix or will have a mold problem.I would not use them or recommend them to anyone. Not a honest or reliable company.Poor customer service or just no customer service at all.Kevin Astala

Francisco came out this morning to install 2 toilets, repair my leaking sink drain and replace a leaking cartridge that he discovered during his plumbing inspection. Francisco shared his knowledge of plumbing fixtures and plumbing repair while working. His professionalism and great attitude are the reason that I will call this company again for future repairs and maintenance.

The gentleman who I spoke to on the phone and the one that actually came to our house were both very polite and knowledgeable. They were able to come out the same day but were flexible to schedule for the next day as well. Weren't pushy about adding on work that didn't actually need to be done, just what was needed to rectify our issue. Pricing is fair for the services rendered. Overall, a very positive experience and I will be contacting them again in future.

Pilix Plumbing was able to repair a shower faucet that had been installed incorrectly by a prior company, and did so without having to break the new marble tile that had been installed! Was beyond thankful that they were able to respond as quickly as they did, and they were so gracious. Another issue needed a new valve and they went and picked it up at a warehouse across town, so that our shower could be up and running same day. What a team! Thankful we were referred to them. Arrived on time, quick, knowledgeable, though pricy service. They charge a modest $45 fee due to fuel cost increase. They sent Yanis (a Master plumber) to evaluate and replace a broken leaking plastic ball valve and replace and relocate an improperly located pressure reduction valve in one visit. Yanis showed considerable knowledge and spent time explaining the repair and best practices. Whole job cost $1080 and took about 2 hours. Did a great job cleaning up too. Of the 2 hrs, waited 30 minutes for someone to drop off parts.Edit: Price was actually on the high side after researching parts installed. Parts was about $200 so paid about $350-400/hr for labor but Yanis was knowledgeable.

Because of plumbing issues related to the recent freeze I was in desperate need of plumbing services. I called this company on yesterday. They were too get me taken care of this morning. Two very professional technicians David and Jay very knowledgeable came in and identified my problem and took care of it. They were very pleasant to work with and patiently explained my problem and quoted me a very reasonable price before they started the job. I am so very grateful for them being able to come out so quickly. Thank you guys for your help. I recommend this company. Let me not forget they clean up any mess that's made doing the job. These guys were fast professional and reasonably priced. Another more well known place wanted to do a much bigger and more expensive repair but we got a second opinion from Best Rates and they suggested a limited repair that totally fixed the problem for about 25% of the cost. I would recommend them without reservation.

Kintex Plumbing was assigned to fix my garbage disposal. The original appointment was set for Saturday, October 8, 2022 between 7AM to 12PM. However, I received a phone call saying that they could come Wednesday, October 5, 2022 between 8AM and 12PM. I was told that I would receive a phone call approximately 30 minutes before the technician's arrival.At 12PM on Wednesday, I had not heard from anyone so I called the company to figure out what was going on. When I told them my concern about the technician not showing up during the window AND not updating me if there was a delay, the lady tells me that my window was from 9AM to 1PM. There is NO way that I got the window confused because I wrote it down and saved it in my calendar. I was told from 8AM to 12PM and I reinforced this with the lady.Her response was, So are you not going to be home? She was completely ignoring the point that I was trying to make so I reiterated my concern. She tells me that she can try to call the technician for an estimate on the time, but that he probably won't answer since he's in the field. I tell her to call him.After a brief hold, she gets back on and tells me that the technician isn't available and that there are three more service appointments ahead of mine so that she would be unable to give me an estimate of the technician's arrival time.I once again repeat that the expectation was that the technician would arrive between 8AM and 12PM. She then states, So would you like to reschedule? I inform her that I cannot take another day off from work so she offers me a Saturday appointment.Needless to say, I requested to be reassigned to another company because their professionalism was nonexistence and they had no remorse for inconveniencing me.
