Best Sewer Line Problems in Houston TX

We had a handle get stuck open in our tub late Saturday night. Blue Frog came on Sunday to help solve the problem. He ended up having to remove tile and did it so carefully that we were able to reuse that same tile! We appreciate the on call work of this plumber.

The company was A1 from the start (step by step) from text, phone call, finding what's the problem and what's the affordable solution to make everyone happy.

The person answering was professional.The gentleman who came to fix a stopped kitchen drain very professional.My problem was the fee was extremely high for a 15 minute service $359.00, they did drop off $100.00 after calling. I understand that prices have gone up but still to high for a widow with a fixed income.

Stellar service from the first phone call.Just finished renovations on my new house and was starting to piece things together when a contractor called us to let us know that Centerpoint came to do something and said the gas line from the meter into the house was in terrible shape and needed to be replaced immediately - something our inspector didn't catch.We were already planning on getting a plumber to handle connecting the gas stove top, all the sink/dishwasher/disposal connections, and placing a new toilet in, but this expedited the process.I called (semi-frantically) on a Saturday as things like gas lines are in need of quick taking care of. Half the businesses I called didn't answer or wanted quite a bit just to come out. When I called All in the Family, I left a voicemail but immediately Donna called me back to let me know someone could come out on Monday to fix the line and give a quote for the rest of the work. They were willing to work with my work schedule so I could miss as little as possible as I work 25 miles away from my house.Mark came out promptly on Monday and explained what he needed to do to fix the gas line as well as what we COULD have to do if things didn't go smoothly and we had to escalate the situation. Luckily, things went well and no sheetrock had to be cut. He also showed me how the gas line going in (besides being corroded as all get out) wasn't fully screwed into the house - eek! He allowed me to ask all the questions I wanted as this was my house, something I really appreciated. He also advised that the inspection company had no excuse for not catching something of this caliber and to ask for compensation (hint: they did pay for the work and owned up).He then looked at everything else and advised us on some of our choices (don't listen to all the sales people at Lowe's, people - listen to your plumber). Called them back the next week to finish up work (once we returned some of our upsold products from Lowe's) and Mark and Jake did a great job finishing up everything else. They tested everything and ensured it was all to satisfaction.Upfront and honest with their pricing, on time, personable and just all around helpful.SO thankful that I connected with them. You never HOPE to call out a plumber, but if I have to - I know who I'll be calling back!

These guys are wonderful. Trustworthy, timely, very fair. We needed a Christmas Eve miracle and these guys delivered. Loved my experience with Redfin Plumbing. The receptionist was incredibly helpful, responsive, and communicative through the process. The plumber was also friendly, knowledgeable, and took care of everything that day. He did several small tasks at no additional charge. I so appreciated the quick turnaround and will definitely use Redfin again and recommend them to friends and neighbors!

Hector and team came out to fix a few miscellaneous things from a home inspection. He was very responsive and they always call or text regarding their ETA.All the work was done properly and tested and their invoice included pictures of the work and even some before/after photos where necessary.Best of all, they're respectful of property and wear shoe coverings inside (and they remove them outside! It's pointless to wear them outside AND inside the house) and clean up after themselves.

Cameron & Glenn helped us figure out the source of drainage issues that gave us issues for the last year off and on. Excited about actually getting this work done.

Plumber solved my problem quickly but created another more complicated problem like water hummer. If you would like to fix your plumbing issues without bad consequences try another company.
