Richard with bluefrog plumbing went totally out of his way to take care of my problem on extremely short notice. The online scheduling system was easy to use, though the caller ID of the assistant that called to schedule the technician was from Florida so I did not know the call was from Roto-Rooter, unnecessary phone tag back and forth. The technician was friendly and efficient. She did need some help with an extension cord. She answered all my questions. Overall very pleased with the service.

Texas Premier Plumbing provided arrival updates, an accurate repair estimate upon arrival, had parts available in their truck, and promptly executed the repairs without delay. The courtesy, professionalism and consideration exhibited by all at Texas Premier Plumbing, from the representative who scheduled the appointment to the plumbers who performed the work, are rare in today's climate. We added the drain clearing after they repaired the toilet. They added a few more dollars to the overall cost, and completed the added work while still onsite. Exceptional firm in a business sector that is perceived to charge inflated or hidden costs. Retained contact information so I may contact again for all future plumbing issues. Highly recommended. They Replaced toilet fill valve and other components due to wear and tear; cleared drain in bathtub.

I couldn't be happier with Acacias. Hector came out quickly after being called for a leak somewhere in my yard and did a large amount or probing to narrow down the leak. Turns out to have been a heck of a time, with pipes on top of pipes, all under a french drain making the repair very hard to get to the damaged portion of the pipes. I felt bad at all of the unexpected surprises and told Hector he should feel free to charge me more or whatever is fair for the additional unexpected complications - to which he refused and said he would stick to his word. I couldn't be happier at the service and Hector himself was a pleasure to deal with, very friendly, honest, and kept me up to date with his timing, arrival and findings - he was also very welcoming to allow me to hover around and ask questions. Highly recommend him.

And within that same context there are plumbers and then there is H-Town Emergency Plumber.The toilet in my condo started leaking and I knew I needed someone to get the job done right.
