As a native Houstonian and over 50 if have used a lot of plumbing companies. These guys are now my go to plumbers. Courteous, punctual, professional, and more than just fair on their pricing. Does the job right so you don't have to worry about future problems. Kudos for Cooper Plumping. Call them you will not regret it.

Thanksgiving Day is a time for family and friends not greeting the Fire Department at your front door! As we found out, all our alarms went off at the same time because the hot water heaters in the attic were flooding into them. Hence, a frantic call for a Plumber. We would like to give a big thanks to Duane and Kris at Bluefrog Plumbing for coming out Thanksgiving weekend to replace our leaking hot water system. They arrived promptly and were able to locate the issue and provide us immediately with a new system. Duane even suggested to change the way our system was originally plumbed to make it more efficient and last longer. Duane is such a nice, personable guy. I called initially to schedule an appointment for later in the week and fortunately, I was able to receive service within the hour. Wayne determined what the issue was and repaired/replaced the kitchen faucet with ease.

Beware! They took advantage of me on a leak repair and double dipped they lied about the cost of the leak detection company and refused to allow me to book this appointment on my own instead they stated they had to book disappointment, but the only reason for this was because they wanted to inflate that price knowing I was going through an extreme hardship with the leak as high as 74,000 gallons of water in a three week period of time it was a critical emergency and I was very limited on funds. Instead of them having compassion and integrity they lied about how much the leak detection company charge just to make an extra $225! They double dipped! Horrific and would never recommend people like this that lack integrity!

Broken water pipe and no water over the Christmas holiday. The office staff was very responsive and got me on the schedule for repairs promptly and the plumber was at my house first thing on Christmas morning! Holiday surcharge but of course … I would charge one if I had to work on Christmas! Service was prompt, Jeremiah was very pleasant and friendly (even in the cold on Christmas morning!) and got me fixed up quickly. I have used Abacus before and found their service to be consistently prompt, professional and reasonably priced. And they made my Christmas a lot more pleasant now that I can take a shower.

SERVICE TECHNICIANS,RENNY AND TOMAS, CAME TO MY HOME LAST WEEK TO REPLACE A GAS LINE TO OUR GARAGE APARTMENT. THEY WERE VERY POLITE AND FRIENDLY. THEY WORKED QUIETLY AND ALMOST WITHOUT ANY BREAKS. FINISHED IN ONLY 5 HOURS. WHEN THEY LEFT, THE AREA WAS TOTALLY CLEANED UP. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND TDT FOR PLUMBING REPAIRS.

Arrived on time, quick, knowledgeable, though pricy service. They charge a modest $45 fee due to fuel cost increase. They sent Yanis (a Master plumber) to evaluate and replace a broken leaking plastic ball valve and replace and relocate an improperly located pressure reduction valve in one visit. Yanis showed considerable knowledge and spent time explaining the repair and best practices. Whole job cost $1080 and took about 2 hours. Did a great job cleaning up too. Of the 2 hrs, waited 30 minutes for someone to drop off parts.Edit: Price was actually on the high side after researching parts installed. Parts was about $200 so paid about $350-400/hr for labor but Yanis was knowledgeable.

The tech came out and said the motor and condenser was out so that was $800 I paid them. They left without checking if AC was working so I had to call them back within minutes and the office didn't want to send anyone out till Friday, they don't care since I have already paid $800 for a $100 part. After calling the manager they sent the tech back now they said the computer or something will be another $650. They didn't get it working the first time they came and they want to come back and charge me over 1400 for nothing and who knows if that's what's wrong. If you see negative reviews please make sure to double check before you hire this company. I originally hired them because I saw good reviews but I have had a horrible experience and my AC is not working and they said it will be till Friday when they can order the piece and they don't care that they were careless and not professional at all. I paid $800 for lazy work and still not working with the bent bolts with missing nuts they didn't put back on.

Edwardo arrived for toilet leak in my upstairs that leaked down into the first level of our home. I was frazzled, but he was patient and diagnosed the problem and repaired it in less than 2hrs. So far, I am happy with how it went.

They were able to diagnose and repair our issue and resolved it very quickly with complete professionalism.
