We've used Lucky's Plumbing on several occasions and their service is fantastic! Over multiple visits, Brandon fixed a pipe that was leaking in our attic, repaired an outdoor shut-off valve, unclogged a slow draining kitchen sink, and also gave us a heads-up on things to watch for with our pipes as our house ages. Emily at the office has answers to all the questions, and was very helpful setting up my appointment including excellent communication leading up to their arrival on site. Brandon and Emily are both very nice to work with and will make you feel a lot less anxious about whatever issue they are taking care of for you.If you need a plumber you can trust, call Lucky's Plumbing. I give them my highest recommendation.

I've been getting the run around and ridiculously overpriced quotes from different HVAC companies. This company was the first reasonably priced one I found! In addition to this, the guys that came out were extremely professional and very knowledgeable!!! The technician Sammie went above and beyond with his diagnostic testing, even giving me helpful tips on maintenance. Sadly, my system was done for. The next guy was Giovanni, he was extremely knowledgeable and gave me all my financing options and explained the warranty very well. I will be 100% recommending this company to everyone I know!!!!!!!

Both Leonardo and Mario performed an outstanding job in fixing the gas leak of our home at a reasonable charge. I have witnessed their quality of work, and they will be my preferred plumbing company for any future needs, and I will surely refer them to my friends.

He (Mike the owner) did not honor the price quoted and charged 3 times more. His crew (Ken) did mistakes and it did not pass the inspection and they had to redo and charged me for their errors. Unreliable provider, the contractor I had which they worked for, after that they removed them from their list because this and other incidents. Quoted $405 and charged $1250, because the redo 2 times for failing inspections for the service they did. Beware, they are plenty of excuses. Just decided to pay to get get them out of my house as soon as possible.

This is the the worst company ever “the grand theft company”, they work completely unprofessional, they worked in my house for 12 days and everyday they would call me like at 8 am and would show up 3 or 4 hours later. They didn’t have the appropriate tools to work, Also when they needed something from home-depot they would take almost 2 hours to come back. My living room and bedroom was full of dust from what they were cutting because they didn’t cover the bathroom entrance, They asked me for water, ice, and to sit on my chairs with all their dirty clothes and to complete the whole review they stole tools from my garage because they used my garage to cut the tiles for the bathroom and the job was completely awful.

This morning my parents toilet began to leak, I asked around for some reliable and honest plumbers and was referred to Turbo Home Services! I’m so glad this is the route we chose because they did not disappoint! Joseph was accompanied by another coworker (didn’t catch his name, sorry) they were in & out within a hour & half! Very nice, respectful and quick! Also, we were told their estimated time of arrival would be around 7-8 pm tonight!! But, surprisingly they arrived around 5:30 pm and was done before the time we were quoted! I definitely recommend Turbo Home Services to anyone with plumbing needs and not looking to break the bank! Thanks again!

Will just came out and determined that there was nothing wrong with any of our pipelines, and that the standing water in the backyard was due to some low spots. No charge, and great customer service skills. Wow, you don't get that much anymore. Also came out the same day, where other companies couldn't come until next week. Kudos to this company!

These guys were awesome. Very professional and courteous and were able to fix the problem after another plumber was unable. Phillip and Brandon were great and even assisted with something outside of what would be considered plumbing to help a lady with her husband out of town. Ok when I write it out like that it sounds sexual but I swear it isn't LOL. There was a dead squirrel on my porch and Brandon was kind enough to remove it for me! #realheroes

My toilet saturated my bathroom, living room, bedroom, hall bathroom.
Alex removed the sink and toilet so the wood floor could be removed. The price was higher than I thought it should be. This is.no reflection on Alex!

Excellent service and knowledgeable staff. Had a plumbing emergency, and they were quick to respond. They assessed the situation and explained what had to be done. They were extremely careful and respectful while working inside my home and kept their work areas free of debris. I would gladly use them again if the need arises. Very satisfied with their work and highly recommend to others.

We appreciate the work they did, but it was very high. I will never ask them to do another job again!

I have TOTAL PROTECT coverage, and they had set an appointment for the morning with Kintex Plumbimg and the guy showed up in the afternoon… I thought to myself, well at least he showed up… Then the guy was clueless about my water heater system, he did not test the system, only asked questions if I had properly maintained the system, I told him YES, and that recently I have a professional come in flush and clean the entire system and filters everything. He took pictures and said he needed to research with the manufacturer and would later call me, and left. So instead of getting a call from him, I got a call from TOTAL PROTECT, saying that Kintex Plumbing inspected the unit and determine that the problem was caused by lack of maintenance and that the filters were not cleaned. And of course, he did mentioned that he never opened the system’s box or check the filters or did anything other than look perplexed and out of place !!! And here’s a shout out to TOTAL PROTECT, this was the second plumber they sent to fix my water heater… at least the first guy came on time and was honest about the fact that he did not know nothing about my heating system and left quickly and not wasting much of my time like Kintex Plumbimg did !!! Word to the wise, don’t use this plumber and don’t buy a plan from TOTAL PROTECT…. It’s a waste of time and money.
