Used this company for a washer leak and they came out a couple days after I called. They were prompt, polite, told me what the issue was and begun on the work after I confirmed I wanted to go forth. They were clean also which is a plus, they didn’t leave work for me to clean up after they were done, so thank you for that. Before leaving they checked their work as well.Amancio was my technician and again thank you and your partner for the work you completed!

The pilot light on our water heater stopped working and the unit was leaking gas. After some research I contacted HaLo and got an immediate and informed response.Unfortunately, due to Covid, the replacement part for our water heater was not available. I confirmed this by calling other businesses as well as the manufacturer. After waiting for parts to 'maybe' come in for two weeks with no hot water we pulled the trigger on just getting a new unit.Loren was very helpful and the price was great for the unit we bought and having it installed. I precisely recall that we made the decision to replace the water heater around 2pm and it was installed before 5pm the same day.The technicians were helpful, nice, and very professional. I can't recommend this service enough and have already recommended them to two neighbors who needed plumbing services.

Eric came over to help with a third floor bathroom sink that was clogged. It took him maybe two minutes to diagnose that it was an algae clog due to some sort of ac connection. He then took it apart to show me the algae and I was blown away at how spot on he was. The whole experience was actually pretty amazing as his knowledge base is extreme given that his dad is a master plumber and he himself had been working for almost 15 years at it. He wasn’t short on info and it turned into a seminar real quick as he was happy to share tons of guidance and anwsered all my questions.Thanks a ton Eric I’ll recommend yall to anyone. Cheers!

These folks are amazing! They saved me at least $8k from another company claiming that i had busted pipes, etc. underground. TDT took the time over the phone to explain all possibilities and made a quality recommendation for taking a step by step process before jumping into the worst case scenario. My total bill was $800 for a new cleanout installed in the front yard plus a number of minor tasks with the old pipes. I also used them for my tenants next door and they made a quick $150 trip to clean out their water line. Everything is working great. Fair, honest, on time and easy to work with. 10 Stars!!!

The company has no showed me 3 times in 3 consecutive days. Recommended to me by our realtor and I have spoken with the owner (Mike), his son and Ken (service manager). Beware! They have every excuse in the book - not in database, new receptionist, bad scheduling, miscommunication.

We’re a Real Estate Management company located in Austin and have a rental property in Houston that we needed some plumbing work done for. We honestly called the first plumber on our list and it was Aaron’s plumbing. We needed an inspection done, so we spoke to Gilbert over the phone. He was really responsive, he gave me a quote right over the phone and made contact with the woman who is living in the rental. It was convenient how he took care of everything. They made sure the gas lines were good and fixed a couple of other plumbing issues. He got everything taken care of really quickly so we could get water turned on for our tenant.

Our A/C broke in the afternoon and David and his team were at our house at 8:00am the next morning and had it fixed by the afternoon. The entire team was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and trustworthy. Also, most of the time we have repairs done on our house, the workers make a mess but David's team was careful to lay down mats and wear shoe coverings, which was an added bonus that they didn't leave a mess. I would highly recommend Mission A/C for the quality of their employees and their work.

Great customer service! Rene was excellent. He was arrived early for the appointment, and repaired quickly the problem. Even though, I still had a problem. He came back quickly within 30 minutes, and solved the issue with my ac unit. He was so nice and honest. Also, the lady, whom I communicated by cellphone, was awesome and very sincere. The two gentlemen that came were on time and professional. The found the problem told us it wasn't something they handled but explain how they could help and gave suggestions. I would definitely call them again in the future.

Within 2 hours of my call, my techicician (Will Smith) diagnosed my problem., provided me with options and then left to get my parts and gave me a time that he would be back. Once back he completed the installation, removed the old water heater and totally cleaned the whole work area. He checked all faucets and made sure I had hot water before he left. Will is extremely thorough and professional.

Excellent service and knowledgeable staff. Had a plumbing emergency, and they were quick to respond. They assessed the situation and explained what had to be done. This plumbing company was contracted by my home warranty insurance company. Was called out after certified electrician (also contracted by warranty insurance company) came out and was able to determine that the reason my dishwasher is not working is because it is not receiving hot water. It was explained to me that water coming in to the dishwasher must be approximately 120-130 degrees at the source and the dishwasher is very minimally responsible for heating it further by 5-10 degrees max. My kitchen sink which is directly next to the dishwasher and the bathrooms on the other end of a very big house were warm but it took some time. Turned up the water temperature on the water heater.
