I had a broken cast iron waste line under my home. Houston Plumbing Services came out and rerouted over a hundred feet of new PVC pipe underground across my front lawn into the 4” main sewer line. They had to remove part of my driveway to do it. They did the whole project in one day including putting the concrete driveway back. I am an architect and I must say they did a very professional job. They cleaned up so well you can hardly tell that my front yard was such a mess at the beginning of the excavation. I would recommend this company to anyone. They are top notch.

All of the above. Micah and Curtis came to our house and had our issue fixed in one hour. We had JMP come out and they said it would be $15,000.00 without listening to my husband explaining to them what he felt the problem was. Micah and Curtis told us what they thought the problem was and it was the same thing my husband was telling John MP. Before we knew it our problem was taken care of and it cost less them $250.00. I recently discovered M&M Plumbing when my toilet system in Friendswood, Texas, developed a blockage. The tech was here quick and on time, and was very knowledgable and friendly. The problem was resolved quickly, and the price was very fair. I will be recommending M&M to friends and family.

Called and spoke to Gilbert. I knew it was just a clogged drain. I asked price. Even asked for “ballpark” estimate. He refused to give price and said it they would have to see when they got here. I thought great- they will be fair and charge for their time unlike other places that have set prices even when the job is easy. They Sent out Tony (who was amazing and extremely nice). Tony unscrewed pipe (used my pan for the water and my towels) and I even helped empty the water. It took less than 15 mins. When Tony called Gilbert for the price to charge... $192 dollars. Robbery!!! When I complained he went down to $172. I was stuck. So I paid it. The work had been done. It’s wasn’t Tony’s fault. I called and told Gilbert that I wasn’t pleased. Of course he had nothing to say. No plumber is worth $750 an hour!! I could have called a big company that would have come out for $85 dollars but I wanted to support a small minority owned business. Double the price is outrageous. The two good points ( and why they get one star). They came the same day and Tony was a really nice guy.

Sean came by and was very punctual. Had the unit running in seconds. We turned the unit off. He walked me through what he found. The concern was that the main power terminals to the attic unit pull disconnect was not sound. I completed the electrical repair myself by replacing the disconnect box. Their cost was very reasonable at $40. Additional cost to me $9. I will use them again!

We are very happy with the service Mark did today. We signed up for One Call Houston’s annual service agreement last week since One Call has been taking care of our 2 AC’s, 2 furnaces and plumbing needs for the last 25 years. Mark was very thorough in checking both our AC units, all our plumbing fixtures, and flushing our water heater. He was very detailed and took extra time after blowing out the evaporator drain pipes to be sure drain lines weren’t leaking and even put plumber’s glue on one drain pipe to be sure the drain pipe wouldn’t pull loose from the evaporator and leak. Mark also tightened up the stems at the base of the knobs on one bathroom faucet so water doesn't seep from around the base of the faucet. We definitely want Mark to take care of future problems we have with our AC’s, furnaces and plumbing. I give Mark and One Call Houston five stars for their outstanding service.

My kitchen sink was stopped up.Budget was out within 2 hours. Fair price, I know, because another company was going to charge me double). Fixed quickly and respectfully. Stellar customer service.Five stars all the way around.

This was the biggest con job I have ever experienced. This guy showed up in this huge truck with Pickett Plumbing all over it. He walks in and I tell him that I am getting some pretty loud noises that first happened when I flushed one toilet, then the other. Finally, my washer had overflowed. Why I called. But it had stopped the day before and I had read online that it could be a valve or one other issue. So we flush, turn on the washing machine, flush the other toilet, and it doesn't happen. He claims that he could hear knock. Baloney! You'd have to put a stethoscope to the wall to claim there was any sound! Then, when we get to the 2nd toilet, he rides it and starts jostling the tank. He says that I have a loose flapper. Anyone's flapper would've been loose after he jerked it around like that! So he says $300+ for the toilet flapper! I told him I could buy a new toilet for that rip-off price! Then he says I need a $500+ extension tank for the loud noises. I said I've lived her 23 years and never needed one. He said water pressure has changed across the years. Then, I was trying to find something reasonable for him to fix since I paid $70 sucker bucks for this con artist to come into my home, and say what would it cost to connect my refrigerator's water line? $300+ sucker bucks again. He said as long as I am here, want to see what a tankless water heater costs? $6,500 sucker bucks! I told him that you must be nuts and walked him to the door. He tried to give me advice and say if someone installs the water heater for less, don't let them con me by not replacing the gas line. I called my x, who had 2 water heaters to my 1, and he said his unit cost him $4K and the lines were improved! These people are con artists, who try to claim that they are picky plumbers. The only thing that they are trying to pick is your wallet! BUYER BEWARE. I ate the $70 and washed my hands when the idiot left.

Kitchen line was clogged. Plumbing snake did not clear the line so we had to use the jet. Lots of stuff came out and line now draining properly. I appreciated the information from the John Moore plumber.

Chris was our saving grace! He was able to fix a busted pipe in our house that was between our two bathrooms quickly and efficiently. He was wonderful to work with. I can say we have found our new plumber! Thanks again!!!

We appreciate the work they did, but it was very high. I will never ask them to do another job again!

Horrible and totally unprofessional. It's been almost a month and they still have not completed a simple faucet leak and replacement job even after taking the required money. The technician Jose and the customer rep. (Peter/Chris/etc., -same person but using different names) are not to be trusted for their word.
