They did not pull permits prior to doing the work like my city requires. Now the work is done and the companies permit person is behind. They assured me the permits would be pulled yesterday so that the inspector could come out today. That did not happen. So i have been without gas now for a week. It’s going to be 35 degrees tonight and I will still have no heat for my house and no hot water. When I advised the lady on the phone of this her response to me was “your not the only one we are going down the list”. To further the problem tomorrow is New Years so the city to get the permit for the inspector to come out will be closed and the inspector will not work tomorrow. So I will now be without gas for even longer. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!

EXTREMELY helpful and high quality service! We were a little skeptical to call a chain plumbing company but it was a Saturday and other companies were going to charge a fortune to make a weekend visit. I have to say, we were pleasantly surprised with our Roto Rooter experience!! Garrett went above and beyond to help us with our problem. Amazing!!!! Can’t say enough good things about this company. We had Eddie out to fix a leak in our water shutoff valve. He quickly diagnosed the problem and was able to fix it under budget. He was upfront about the costs and what needed to be done. I felt very confident that he was going to be able to do what he said he could do. My name is Melissa and I live in Southwest Houston. My Neighborhood was hit really hard by this last Freeze storm that hit Houston about 3 months ago. We were without water or power for 5 days in sub freezing weather. And when the water and power did come back on it was a disaster in my home. Water was every where. Cellings were collapsing all around us. So scary ?. Reached out to a few programs seeking help because frozen pipes was not covered under my home owners insurance. I was so in need of a miracle. A program called conectivetexas.gov sent me a Blessing.They sent out Houston Plumbing Services who volunteered their time with lots of love and care and great professionalism to help me get my water back on.They came out and treated me like I was a customer spending a million bucks, when in reality they did it all for free just because of the kindness in their hearts. They put down paper as to not mess up anything. They even kept it clean as they worked and each night before they would head out. They even put back as much of the drywall as they could that they had to cut away. They worked very hard and were very professional. Even in my hot house with no Air conditioning running due to the gapping holes in my ceilings looking right into the attic. And let me tell you it got extremely hot in here. But with great pride and joy they were happy to get it done to help out a fellow Houston whom really was relying on them. It is with great pleasure that I can truly say that they went above and beyond to help me. and got it done. They replaced all the pipes in my whole home. and did it with a smile ?. At midnight of the second night of Winter Storm Uri (day 2 of no power or heat), I awoke to dripping on my face. Mere seconds after I moved my bed away from the dripping, half the ceiling in the room collapsed onto the floor. The dripping was now a firehose, flooding my house. Frantically, I pulled up All American Plumbing in my contacts and dialed the number and prayed, even knowing it was impossible anyone would be answering this late. Richard answered; he had been up since the early morning running from emergency to emergency, and had just gotten off a job. He was over in minutes and had everything stopped in under a minute. After he got everything in order, he came back a week later to replace all the damaged piping--when nobody in Texas had plumbing supplies, he sent for them from Arizona.He wasn't running from emergency to emergency 24/7 those 2 weeks because he needed the money, he did it because he knew how many people were relying on him to save their houses and couldn't let them down.

Arrived on time, quick, knowledgeable, though pricy service. They charge a modest $45 fee due to fuel cost increase. They sent Yanis (a Master plumber) to evaluate and replace a broken leaking plastic ball valve and replace and relocate an improperly located pressure reduction valve in one visit. Yanis showed considerable knowledge and spent time explaining the repair and best practices. Whole job cost $1080 and took about 2 hours. Did a great job cleaning up too. Of the 2 hrs, waited 30 minutes for someone to drop off parts.Edit: Price was actually on the high side after researching parts installed. Parts was about $200 so paid about $350-400/hr for labor but Yanis was knowledgeable.
