During this trying time for many Houstonians I was lucky enough to get an appointment scheduled after discovering my pipes froze and burst. I wasn't sure what to expect for total damages but the lead guy Leonard was excellent! He explained everything that was going on and what they would need to do to fix everything.The team even went above and beyond what was needed after discovering the shoddy job the original builders did with not having separate shutoff for the sprinkler system that also burst. They installed a separate shutoff for sprinkler system while fixing the main water pipe that burst.They also probably saved me a lot of time telling me if I could find 2 other parts that were needed to fix other issues I was having to get them and what the part numbers were and sizes i needed. Luckily I was able to find both and will definitely contact them as soon as they come in.Finally came the price that i was really worried about. Thankfully the price they charged for everything was in my mind very reasonable considering the repairs and knowing a typical DYI person wasn't going to be able to fix these. I am sure during these challenging times they could have charged a lot more and gotten away with it but they didn't. I have saved their information and will use them for any work i have in the future including my rental property.Thanks again for helping get my water back on! You guys are great!

Definitely one of the best plumbing companies in Houston. I’ve dealt with over 10 Plumbing companies and this is by far the best. I would NOT use them for simple plumbing jobs if you have a handyman but definitely for everything else . Better to pay an extra 50 bucks and get your work done right. Extremely efficient employees that get it right the first time.

Best Plumber I have ever had. Wes was on time and so polite. He really did a great job of explaining what all was wrong. Oh and he saved me money.

We called Friday evening and spoke to Bobby about a weird drain clog we had where the bathroom sink was overflowing even though we didn't have the faucet on. He talked us through what to do to get through the night so we wouldn't have any overtime fees, then he scheduled us fohe morning. He let us watch what he did so that we could try and fix the clog in the future, though it turned out the clog was behind the wall so he needed to bring up his machine to fix it. But he was very professional, gave good advice, and we felt well taken care of the whole time!

I don’t really do reviews, but this company highly deserves it. We had to replace a tankless water heater that’s not functioning correctly do to years of it being unserviced and a clogged pipe. Ruben installed the tank, and also installed other things to prevent it from easily wearing out for years to come. To sum up the experience, this company went beyond to help us get it replaced. They are very helpful and responsive to all your questions. The cost is reasonable especially for the change of tank and also their service. Mr. Sword came out for an appointment to check on a walk-in tub installation for a person in a wheelchair who needs it asap. He said he would get a quote even after we said that we were fine with going ahead with the repairs. And then there was no communication at all for 2 weeks, even after multiple emails, text messages, and calls. This put us behind schedule on installation.Now he says he won't take the job when it was his lack of communication back to us.Unprofessional, not responsive, avoid at absolutely any and all cost.
