The Technicians are all very capable but Village Plumbing is so difficult to work with. They say they’ll be there and they don’t show up, they tell you you’re the first appointment of the day but don’t show up until 9 am when they open at 7 am. Management is non responsive to feedback and simply doesn’t care about the customer experience.

The were quick to come out. I called and they had to fit me on but made I’d in within 2 hours from the time I called. The problem turned out to be with the sink not the toilet. They were quick to diagnose and even quicker to fix it. Reasonable priced and great service. The guys explained the problem and steps I could take to avoid it in the future.

They found that the clogged pipe in the attic didn’t need to be replaced. They replaced the manifold in the shower instead and saved me a lot of money. Very professional and speedy. I will definitely be using them again!
