Best Pipe Work in Houston TX

Leo was absolutely the nicest guy. They arrived on time, with masks and booties on. Listened carefully and explained everything clearly. They were the 4th plumber we had out after an initial estimate that literally made me cry. We were told we needed all new pipes at a cost of as much as $50,000. Leo checked it out and told us that was not needed. He didn't try to up sell us, just told us the truth and then took care of us just over $1,000. They cleaned up after themselves and even reinstalled the toilet that my husband removed trying to resolve the issue. They are our plumbers for life.❤️

I called Wednesday afternoon and was able to get someone out the next morning. Guy was on time and professional he repaired my shower and did it at a fair price I am very pleased

I feel like we were totally over charged but after speaking with the manager, he provided an adjustment and refunded a portion of the bill because of our experience. I was still very disappointed in the work. The plumber literally took 15 minutes to do our job, did not flush the system as priced, and caused a separate water leak. Water pressure is horrible after the repair.The owner has offered to come out to check what can be done about poor water pressure. We shall see. The owner/manager does seem eager to make things right and I respect that.

Service was professional and outstanding. Rex not only fixed our plumbing problem with in days of us calling but also gave an estimate on another issue we were unaware of. If you want great customer service and quality work i would recommend wedgeworth hands down.

I called and asked about hooking up my gas generator to bbq out let nat gas line. The guy answered my question was helpful. I called 5 min later with one more question and he responded with “can you call tomorrow it’s Sunday and I have better things to do.” Wow!!! That’s a first for me. I would recommend not picking up the phone next time if you have better things to do. Terrible!

I can’t say enough about Lucky’s Plumbing! They’ve installed several fixtures for me, replaced valves, pipes, etc. They’re 100% reliable and answer the phone every time I call.I actually even had an emergency situation one evening where the valve to the water main to my entire house broke in the off position, and Lucky’s Plumbing was there within the hour to repair it.

During this trying time for many Houstonians I was lucky enough to get an appointment scheduled after discovering my pipes froze and burst. I wasn't sure what to expect for total damages but the lead guy Leonard was excellent! He explained everything that was going on and what they would need to do to fix everything.The team even went above and beyond what was needed after discovering the shoddy job the original builders did with not having separate shutoff for the sprinkler system that also burst. They installed a separate shutoff for sprinkler system while fixing the main water pipe that burst.They also probably saved me a lot of time telling me if I could find 2 other parts that were needed to fix other issues I was having to get them and what the part numbers were and sizes i needed. Luckily I was able to find both and will definitely contact them as soon as they come in.Finally came the price that i was really worried about. Thankfully the price they charged for everything was in my mind very reasonable considering the repairs and knowing a typical DYI person wasn't going to be able to fix these. I am sure during these challenging times they could have charged a lot more and gotten away with it but they didn't. I have saved their information and will use them for any work i have in the future including my rental property.Thanks again for helping get my water back on! You guys are great!

Customer service and communication with their other employees really need work. Not the same from a little over a year ago.

At midnight of the second night of Winter Storm Uri (day 2 of no power or heat), I awoke to dripping on my face. Mere seconds after I moved my bed away from the dripping, half the ceiling in the room collapsed onto the floor. The dripping was now a firehose, flooding my house. Frantically, I pulled up All American Plumbing in my contacts and dialed the number and prayed, even knowing it was impossible anyone would be answering this late. Richard answered; he had been up since the early morning running from emergency to emergency, and had just gotten off a job. He was over in minutes and had everything stopped in under a minute. After he got everything in order, he came back a week later to replace all the damaged piping--when nobody in Texas had plumbing supplies, he sent for them from Arizona.He wasn't running from emergency to emergency 24/7 those 2 weeks because he needed the money, he did it because he knew how many people were relying on him to save their houses and couldn't let them down.

Arrived on time, quick, knowledgeable, though pricy service. They charge a modest $45 fee due to fuel cost increase. They sent Yanis (a Master plumber) to evaluate and replace a broken leaking plastic ball valve and replace and relocate an improperly located pressure reduction valve in one visit. Yanis showed considerable knowledge and spent time explaining the repair and best practices. Whole job cost $1080 and took about 2 hours. Did a great job cleaning up too. Of the 2 hrs, waited 30 minutes for someone to drop off parts.Edit: Price was actually on the high side after researching parts installed. Parts was about $200 so paid about $350-400/hr for labor but Yanis was knowledgeable.
