Your person was magnificent -- ultra-competent, polite, very matter-of-fact. He told us what needed to be done (very little) and made no attempt to persuade us to do unnecessary work. That's unusual these days.

I am happy to say that bluefrog Plumbing kept me updated on the details of my appointment. I received text messages/calls to let me know when the plumber would be at my house so I didn't sit around and waste time waiting for someone to arrive. When he did arrive, it was a matter of minutes for him to determine the source of the problem. The leak was found and repaired in less than an hour.

I can confidently recommend TQP for your commercial plumbing needs based on my experience. My first experience was with a toilet stopage down the line before the cleanout access. Another company quoted me a bazillion dollars based upon they needed to bring out the Godzilla auger. Ok. I called TQP. They were prompt, got here on time completely prepared to resolve the problem. They quoted me fairly, I paid them 1/2 up front and they were done in reasonably short order. They presented pictures of the problem before and the solved problem after completion. I paid the balance due as a happy customer. My second experience was the same. If you need the job done right and want a fair price, give these guys a try. I can't say enough about TDT Plumbing! They were recommended to me by a friend back in June. I had a pretty clogged up toilet and our home insurance wouldn't cover it! Armando and Jacob came out, were there for quite a while. They were both very professional, polite and would answer our questions. At midnight of the second night of Winter Storm Uri (day 2 of no power or heat), I awoke to dripping on my face. Mere seconds after I moved my bed away from the dripping, half the ceiling in the room collapsed onto the floor. The dripping was now a firehose, flooding my house. Frantically, I pulled up All American Plumbing in my contacts and dialed the number and prayed, even knowing it was impossible anyone would be answering this late. Richard answered; he had been up since the early morning running from emergency to emergency, and had just gotten off a job. He was over in minutes and had everything stopped in under a minute. After he got everything in order, he came back a week later to replace all the damaged piping--when nobody in Texas had plumbing supplies, he sent for them from Arizona.He wasn't running from emergency to emergency 24/7 those 2 weeks because he needed the money, he did it because he knew how many people were relying on him to save their houses and couldn't let them down.

This is the second time I have used/contacted DYZ Plumbing. Everything about the company was professional, from the phone calls to the emails to the in person repair visit. They are courteous and respectful of my time and my home. (Things that a lot of other businesses could learn from them…)The master plumber, who came with a fellow plumber, was top notch. Not only did they bring uninstall the perfect new kitchen faucet, but before they did that, they replaced the old sink valves, which to my surprise were leaking under the cabinet. It could have been a catastrophe!Their professionalism and commitment to doing the full job and taking care of clients is a testament to this business and a relief for customers like me.They have my loyalty and I thank them for a job very well done!
