I called Nick’s Plumbing at 7:50pm because my shower would not turn off. David Guerra, the technician was here by 8:30pm and done by 9:00pm. He was professional and courteous and answered whatever questions I had. If I ever have another plumbing issue I would not hesitate to contact Nick’s and would request David for the service.

Originally I planned to replace the faucet in the backyard. The guy who showed up was very knowledgeable and knew what he is doing. Everything was done very fast and professional. Because of this circumstance I showed him the faucet in the garage that did not work either. He right away replaced it, too. I can recommend them.

They are professional and did a great job. Technician was friendly also Will be using their services again.

Damondrick explained the entire process from installation to inspection. Kept his promises on keeping me posted and showing up on time. Made sure the house was left clean after the left. They had to make a couple of extra adjustments which they didn't anticipate and did not charge me for it.

Mr. Pena and his associates were very responsive and I was able to get someone out to assess the damage to my pipes and find the leaks. He was knowledgeable and experienced an experienced plumber. I will definitely use Aberle Plumbing for my next job and would refer them to my family and friends.

These plumbers were super great to work with. After being frustrated by 3 other companies I was referred by a friend to Plumbing Houston. They were honest and not pushy. They also didn’t try to scare me or up sell me like everyone else. They saved me $16K and an emotional breakdown. Instead of Jack hammering my brand new renovation we cut out 2 ft of concrete and replaced one pipe. I would absolutely use this company again but I will call them first and save the headache.

Texas Premier plumbing showed up about an hour after my call. They gave me a quote to use their hydrojet machine to unclog my sewer line and after running a camera and inspecting the line. After they cleared the line they showed us on the camera again that the line was cleared! I must say that the communication with the plumber was a key to choosing them for service. He really took the time to explain every detail and we are very happy with the service and the repair. I think I found a plumbing company for life.

The job I asked for was completed. But the communication between myself and the plumber was poor. The plumber had to leave twice to go to Home Depot for supplies. That said, it took longer than needed to complete the job. The plumber wasn't rude, but wasn't pleasant to talk to. I won't be calling them back in the future.

Repairs to toilet so far seems to be satisfactory.

Had previously given this company a 5 star rating. This week, we have had them out to replace our external electric box, update our internal box to current codes.After this, we found out we needed to replace our entire A/C system. They came out the next day, then left without finishing the work (we found this out when the new A/C stopped working the next day and one of their techs informed us that it was not complete).They also told me they would schedule someone to come the next day and re-install our attic stairs (this wasn't scheduled until I spoke to their management on Thursday night). It's currently Friday, the stairs have finally been re-installed (took literally 30 minutes to do). There are exposed wires lying on the ground outside next to our condenser that have been spliced together and covered in taped and I've been getting an endless string of your on the schedule for today, but no ETA after being told the evening before that someone would be out before noon.Update: Have two customer concern escalation tickets logged. We'll see if they get in touch.Update 2: They called and tried to schedule an appointment for Monday. I explained the situation to the scheduler (which was probably my 9th time to explain it to someone) who was very understanding and helpful in escalating it. Someone is now on the way out to the house. This was a horrible experience.Update 3: Finally fixed. I should say ALL the technicians we're excellent. The issue with this company seems to be with the installation crew, a lack of communication in customer service and dispatch, and management (except for Rick who was extremely helpful). Not sure what happened to this company but it'll be a hard road to win back any trust from us.Pictured Below: Electrical safety!
