Best New Line Installation in Houston TX

On a Friday, we scheduled someone from Nick's to come out the following Tuesday during a 8-9 am slot for an inspection. At 9:15 on Tuesday, we still had not seen anyone, so I called Nick's to get an estimate of when someone would show up. The woman that answered said that there was not record of any appoint. While she did offer me a 9-12 slot for the same day, she did not once say she was sorry about the inconvenience, did not seem phased that somehow my appointment had never been recorded, and did not seem to understand that I could not just wait around for 3 more hours for someone to possibly show-up. I would not have scheduled a 8-9 slot if I had time to wait around for 3 hours in the middle of the day. I should have heeded the warnings from the other reviews about Nick's always no-showing. Definitely will be taking my business elsewhere. I don't have time for a place that cannot even schedule an appointment without messing up.

These folks saved the day at my house! Taylor was so friendly on the phone and communication was top notch. Patrick was so kind and attentive to our needs and we really feel like we've found a good plumbing company for any future needs. The prices are super affordable the service was fast. Like I said before... They saved the day!

We have used Lucky’s Plumbing on two separate occasions and could not be more pleased with the quality, efficiency and value of their work. Attached are photos of our most recent plumbing repair which required patio area excavation and localized sewer line replacement due to a severe blockage and near collapse of a 50+ year old line. The work crews were technically very competent and Brandon and Emily were most helpful and responsive throughout.

We are renting and have had some serious plumbing problems - no hot water in showers, poor water pressure - French drain issues. I called Acacias Plumbing to replace an old water heater and to install a water filter on the main water line. I spoke with Hector and he came out to give an estimate and check the access measurements for the new water heater. He came back a few days later to install the new water heater and haul away the old water heater. They also installed the water filter. Everything went well and a month later there have been no issues and we are happy with both things that they installed. I would recommend Hector and Acacias Plumbing because they were knowledgeable, fast and professional.

Jose came out to inspect some damage that AT&T made. He was extremely knowledgeable and approachable. I appreciated all of the insight that he gave me regarding my electrical panel and recommendations on what to do. Overall satisfied with the service, knowledge and interaction that Jose provided. I would consider using Abacus again because of him.

Micah at TDT was a pleasure to work with! I would refer him to anyone for any plumbing needs! Their video inspection is state of the art and great for diagnosing hard to find plumbing issues!

Noticed all these reviews are dated around the same time frame and all sounds alike? Another red flag, most of them have only 1 single review, I'd do more research before hiring this plumbing company

Called one week ago……still no call back. That’s pretty awesome service if you ask me. Don’t waste your time.Update two months later….still waiting on a call back.Maybe I’ll go to plumbing trade school and learn the trade myself, might actually happen before I get any attentiveness from GT.
