Called GEI Plumbing Services for the first time for a toilet back up..normally I'd call a plumbing company but felt I needed a change. I called and within 30 min Evan came to my rescue . Evan worked efficiently to resolved the issue within an hour to my surprise. Evan was courteous and left this messy job spotless. I'd without hesitation recommend Evan and GEI Plumbing Services to people in need.

The staff was friendly and kept me informed. The technician was professional. The job was completed quickly. I could not ask for better service. I will definitely use them again!

Great Service

I was happy with Josh but that's where it ended.I spent over $1000 to repair broken pipe but when I asked if the repairman would replace the valve to the home main shut off which was part of the line repaired, he refused saying that wasn't part of the contract. So I spent about $500 an hour and they are so profit oriented that they wouldn't replace a cheap valve to satisfy a customer. They have seen the last of my business.Now as a layman I am on my own to replace something that would have been easy and cheap for them.

Poor customer service, I checked their website and saw they say they have state of the art leak detection equipment, but when I called them the lady who answers the phone doesn't seem to be aware whether they have the equipment or not. She told me they don't have leak detection machine at all. I called back and asked her why is your website saying you have state of the art leak detection equipment and she put me on hold to ask around, then she said it's broken now. Something fishy makes you not to deal with this type of service.

Plumbing Houston team were amazing!! Came over right away with short notice and were able to identify the problems with our toilets and shower. They even gave us the cheaper quick fix options first with no pressure, as well as the better more long term options. They gave us a quote and we’re back in the next couple days. They fixed three bathrooms in under 4 hours. I was amazed. Super professional and kind.

I found them on Angie's List. I need to get the plumbing on my entire home redone and they have a special. They were scheduled to visit my home on Friday, 11/10/17 between 9-12pm. They said they would call 30 minutes before they were on their way. They called me at 12:58pm. Needless to say, I had to reschedule. They were supposed to come again today, 11/15/17 between 12-4pm. It is 4:02pm now and I have not heard from them. I would not recommend this company.Thank you for your response Mike, however it is all about communication. A simple call would have corrected the issue on 11/10/2017. On 11/15/2017, I never received a call from your company. If you tried to call and received no response, why didn’t your company leave a message. I didn’t receive a message because your company has not called. Instead of taking responsibility, you’d rather blame the customer. Again, I would not recommend your company. Your company is not reliable and apparently not trustworthy.

Loved my experience with Redfin Plumbing. The receptionist was incredibly helpful, responsive, and communicative through the process. The plumber was also friendly, knowledgeable, and took care of everything that day. He did several small tasks at no additional charge. I so appreciated the quick turnaround and will definitely use Redfin again and recommend them to friends and neighbors!

Amazing service! Very knowledge electrician. He was thorough, worked the problem, fixed the issue. Will never call anyone other than Abacus again. Competition quoted five times the cost as Abacus for the same job. Vlad is the very definition of the kind of employee that a company would want representing it.

At midnight of the second night of Winter Storm Uri (day 2 of no power or heat), I awoke to dripping on my face. Mere seconds after I moved my bed away from the dripping, half the ceiling in the room collapsed onto the floor. The dripping was now a firehose, flooding my house. Frantically, I pulled up All American Plumbing in my contacts and dialed the number and prayed, even knowing it was impossible anyone would be answering this late. Richard answered; he had been up since the early morning running from emergency to emergency, and had just gotten off a job. He was over in minutes and had everything stopped in under a minute. After he got everything in order, he came back a week later to replace all the damaged piping--when nobody in Texas had plumbing supplies, he sent for them from Arizona.He wasn't running from emergency to emergency 24/7 those 2 weeks because he needed the money, he did it because he knew how many people were relying on him to save their houses and couldn't let them down.

DYZ Plumbing provided excellent service, They responded to my request within a couple of hours. Yence (not sure of the spelling), the plumber, was outstanding. He explained everything he was doing to check on the old garbage disposal, and install the new one. Highly recommend this company. Thank you, Yence!!!

They made me wait for over 3 weeks took service fee for coming in and didn’t help at all.Lots to explain. And it’s communication issue between them and choice home warranty and no body listens to your issues.That’s all !!!
