Damondrick was just want you want when you have to have service done at your house. He was knowledgeable, polite and answered as many questions as me & my wife could ask of him. This company, and especially Damondrick, was why I will continue to use this company and have already referred him/them to family and friends. It's nice to not feel ripped off of constantly have a service provider up-selling every chance they get. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

They helped me find and repair a gas leak. My technician was prompt, courteous, and provided me with multiple options for the repair. Every effort was made to make sure I understood each step of the process and was satisfied. I will use again for any plumbing needs I may have!

Rick and JR came to the rescue! Don't know how long I had the leak, but the City of Houston Water Department sure does. Rick and JR were both very professional and efficient. Was surprised at how quickly they were able to do the job. It was pretty muddy down there under the house, but they didn't complain. JR informed me of how to send a copy of his Invoice to the City of Houston Water Department using a form from the City of Houston Water Department website for a Leak Adjustment Credit because of the higher water bills. I will use their services again in the future. Thank You!

$70 to come out and provide a quote is a big no no.

Very pleased with the service they provided. Had a radiator that had rusted and was leaking. Replacement ordered and fitted in less than a week and also their cost was genuine.

We've been dreading having a plumber come to our house. However, after Rigo (sp?) and his co-worker were done, I knew we could've called them sooner. They were courteous, clean, and very knowledgeable. They didn't try to up-sale us, were not outrageously expensive, did not make a huge mess, and most importantly, were able to fix our problem.
