I received Gilbert as my technician and we was perfect. Great demeanor, articulate and discovered our chronic issues quickly. My sinks/pipes are now working better from the day I moved in. I will only be calling Gilbert from Nick’s going forward.

Hotwater In The Toliet. The experience began with Shea organizing the after-hours visit. She was extremely helpful. Had to reschedule but booked again the next morning. Jacob was very service-oriented and pleasant to engage with. He is also quite skilled as he had to conduct a big investigation to solve a difficult problem. Would recommend him to my mother for sure.

A++++++++++Our home warranty company scheduled their plumber to come out for an emergency overflowing toilets and shower. They never showed. Richard with bluefrog plumbing went totally out of his way to take care of my problem on extremely short notice. We are new customers for bluefrog and they treated us as if we had used them for years. Bret was very professional and I recommend them to absolutely anyone. A+++++++++++

We had such a great experience with Roto-Rooter that I had to take the time to share! It all started with my storm drainage overflowing every time it rains. I called RR and was able to get an appointment within 24hours. A gentleman name Justin came out and placed a hose into the curb drainage and flush out the pipes. All sorts of junk came out from 2 huge rocks to plenty of backed up dirt, leaves and even tree roots. The tree roots brought me concern, Justin said he can have a supervisor run a camera and see more of what’s going on. Damian came out the same day that evening even though he was wrapping up his last appointment; he got me in. Damian was extremely professional. He put the camera through the drainage and found stoppage in the pipes where roots grew through the pipes. He gave me a quote and processed paperwork to change out the pipes. Edgar the plumber came out and replaced new pipes and was also professional. He completed the project in a few hours. Damian came back out and did a site check to make sure he can run the camera through and no challenges. I’m completely at awe with the professionalism that these young men displayed and how quick everything happened. I totally recommend them and give a 5 Star rating for representing Roto-Rooter so well. You have 3 gentlemen for sure that loves what they do. Thank you for the seamless process.

Lucky’s looked at an area on the wall behind the toilet that was damp after a house cleaning service did a deep clean through the house a few days ago. The dampness dried up the next day and stayed dry thereafter. However, I called Lucky’s to make sure there were no underlying problems. Eric confirmed there was no leaking from the toilet. He also found a 1/8 inch drop using a level on the floor from the wall to 2 ft away. Since there was no stain around the toilet base caulking, Eric said the water from mopping ran down the grout channel under the wall and absorbed into the sheet rock where I saw the dampness. He also said there was no trip charge!I appreciated Eric’s honesty, knowledge and professionalism and am happy to recommend him and Lucky’s Plumbing

We used them to repair leaks in our gas line. They were timely, professional, and friendly. Our tech, Jose, wore a mask in our house and respectfully wore shoe covers so that our floors don’t get dirty. I highly recommend that them for your plumbing needs!

This is the second time I have used/contacted DYZ Plumbing. Everything about the company was professional, from the phone calls to the emails to the in person repair visit. They are courteous and respectful of my time and my home. (Things that a lot of other businesses could learn from them…)The master plumber, who came with a fellow plumber, was top notch. Not only did they bring uninstall the perfect new kitchen faucet, but before they did that, they replaced the old sink valves, which to my surprise were leaking under the cabinet. It could have been a catastrophe!Their professionalism and commitment to doing the full job and taking care of clients is a testament to this business and a relief for customers like me.They have my loyalty and I thank them for a job very well done!
