Despite the late hour, and the fact that they squeezed us in to begin with, they didn’t charge OT for problems resulting from 2021 winter storm Uri. Their technician, a family member recruited from out of state to help handle the local crisis, was professional and personable. The owner runs a tight ship and uses efficient systems. This is a service provider to know.

Joe Nelson attended to present an estimate of sewer repair/replacement work to be performed. He was diligent, cooperative, pleasant and a clear communicator, answering completely all questions posed. We plan on contracting with Nick's to perform the quoted work.

After the freeze, we had some busted pipes. We got the name of Texas Plumbing 911 through a post on NextDoor. The person on ND gave Rosa our number and she called to coordinate when Texas Plumbing could come out. Once we were “on the list”, Rosa kept us informed on when James, the plumber, would arrive. James arrived on time, knew what he was doing and had the parts needed to fix the leak. After James fixed 2 leaks, he thought there was still something running, but couldn’t figure out where it was. The third leak showed up later that day but James came back and fixed it!! Great work!! We will use them again!!!

My hot water heater stopped working. Mike Harris and his assistant arrived within an hour of my call and were able to get it fixed very quickly. They were extremely knowledgeable and I appreciated their fast, friendly customer service.

The gentleman who I spoke to on the phone and the one that actually came to our house were both very polite and knowledgeable. They were able to come out the same day but were flexible to schedule for the next day as well. Weren't pushy about adding on work that didn't actually need to be done, just what was needed to rectify our issue. Pricing is fair for the services rendered. Overall, a very positive experience and I will be contacting them again in future.

Received service from Kintex plumbing in April and do not recommend this company at all. The technician, Ike, spent the entire time he was here on a phone call plugged into his ear, had terrible customer service skills and was rude and condescending. Extremely poor service!
