Plumber arrived on time and I showed him the faucet. He went out to the truck and brought back a new one and his tools to do the job. He cut the insulation off and installed the new faucet and installed new insulation. Very professional. Great clean job. Would recommend. Also beifit is he is local and close to my house.

Outstanding service and experience all around. The technician, Mike Harris, arrived early and he listened as I explained & showed him the problem. He then explained to me what was going on; what repaired would need to be made; and the costs associated with the repair. As he did the repair, he explained step-by-step what he was doing as he noticed I was eager to learn more plumbing skills. Aside from fixing the problem, he also tightened up the seat and offered a suggestion on cleaning up some algae buildup that he noticed. Mike did an outstanding job and I will definitely ask for him whenever I have a future plumbing issue.

We found a leak in our bathroom and looked online to find a local plumber who could come out. I called Friday morning, they came out Friday afternoon, and started on Saturday! They were so thorough. We knew when we bought our house that it had the original plumbing from the 70s that would need updating at some point. Lucky's gave us quotes for the immediate fix that needed to be done as well as what a total repipe would be. I appreciated that they walked us through options. We went with the repipe, because we knew that would put us in a better position in the long run. I can't say enough amazing things about the quality of the work they did! With COVID, we were home the whole time they were working (probably not the most convenient for them). They were so clean, efficient, and communicative as they worked. The plumbing team was amazing; Eric, Daniel, and Broderick consistently made sure we knew what they were working on and as they found other issues, inevitable in a house this old, they walked us through options and made sure we were comfortable with everything they did. One of the things that we loved about their quote was that it included the work and repairing the sheetrock and leaving it in a paint ready condition. Manuel and his team left our house in beautiful shape! Now that we got the house painted, you can't even tell there was ever an issue. I am so grateful for the work Lucky's did. We will be customers for life.

The lady that returned my phone calls answer so many of my questions and took care of my changes to the order. The plumbers showed up early on a Sunday and drapped the carpet and stairs to install a new hot water heater. The expierence was so smooth and seemless. Arrived on time, quick, knowledgeable, though pricy service. They charge a modest $45 fee due to fuel cost increase. They sent Yanis (a Master plumber) to evaluate and replace a broken leaking plastic ball valve and replace and relocate an improperly located pressure reduction valve in one visit. Yanis showed considerable knowledge and spent time explaining the repair and best practices. Whole job cost $1080 and took about 2 hours. Did a great job cleaning up too. Of the 2 hrs, waited 30 minutes for someone to drop off parts.Edit: Price was actually on the high side after researching parts installed. Parts was about $200 so paid about $350-400/hr for labor but Yanis was knowledgeable.

They had to leave to get the required part and communicated the time line for so doing. They returned with the part and completed the repair. Everything is working perfectly upon the completion of their work. Will definitely call Kintex in the future.
