They were never able to assist me, so I cannot rate their services. However, I had to reach out to them on a few occasions, where they stated they were putting me on a wait list. At one point I contacted them to ask about my status on their wait list, they stated they were adding me during that time although I was supposed to have been added a week prior.Update: I have checked and have not received any follow up calls, texts, or voice messages from your company.

I have used these guys several times at work and every time they have been reliable, efficient and fair. They will tell you what is wrong and offer options. There are no pressure tactics or above and beyond issues pushed.Our most recent issue confirmed that this is an honest company. There was a blockage in the line and our renters called “their guy”. That company gave us an estimate that was ridiculous and included digging up yards of concrete to clear it.We called Nick’s and they were able to clear the blockage. They even went so far as to figure out why it blocked and offer solutions for down the road and their option was less invasive then the other guy.This company has earned my continued business and loyalty.

The plumber that came to us was very knowledgeable about our problem. He assessed our situation, explained what needed to be done, and explained the cost before beginning the job. I would definitely recommend Wedgeworth to others!

I called Houston Plumbing to get a new Water Heater installed. I got booked the same day. When the technician arrived he was professional and kind. He was asking me what exactly I was looking for. He worked with me on prices and which water heater would fit better for my house. I would recommend to anyone looking for a plumbing job!

From my frantic call to Emily with a broken sewer line to the finished job reviewed today, Lucky's Plumbing fulfilled their promise to provide great work with personalized service. Eric was able to come out within hours to identify the problem, assist me with getting the appropriate 811 clearance and the entire crew did a remarkable job replacing the line. It took a few days and the job site was consistently neat, clean with safety tape by the open areas. I highly recommend Lucky's Plumbing and will be contacting them for all my future plumbing needs (although I am hoping that will not be for awhile!) I found them on Angie's List. I need to get the plumbing on my entire home redone and they have a special. They were scheduled to visit my home on Friday, 11/10/17 between 9-12pm. They said they would call 30 minutes before they were on their way. They called me at 12:58pm. Needless to say, I had to reschedule. They were supposed to come again today, 11/15/17 between 12-4pm. It is 4:02pm now and I have not heard from them. I would not recommend this company.Thank you for your response Mike, however it is all about communication. A simple call would have corrected the issue on 11/10/2017. On 11/15/2017, I never received a call from your company. If you tried to call and received no response, why didn’t your company leave a message. I didn’t receive a message because your company has not called. Instead of taking responsibility, you’d rather blame the customer. Again, I would not recommend your company. Your company is not reliable and apparently not trustworthy.

Leonard and crew came out to my house very quickly, with masks and PPE for Covid protection, and quickly diagnosed my issue and repaired it. Very professional with reasonable prices. We went from problem to working plumbing in like 30 minutes! Plus the office/scheduling staff are very helpful and friendly. I definitely will be using them again and recommend you do too.

This is the second time I have used/contacted DYZ Plumbing. Everything about the company was professional, from the phone calls to the emails to the in person repair visit. They are courteous and respectful of my time and my home. (Things that a lot of other businesses could learn from them…)The master plumber, who came with a fellow plumber, was top notch. Not only did they bring uninstall the perfect new kitchen faucet, but before they did that, they replaced the old sink valves, which to my surprise were leaking under the cabinet. It could have been a catastrophe!Their professionalism and commitment to doing the full job and taking care of clients is a testament to this business and a relief for customers like me.They have my loyalty and I thank them for a job very well done!

Jose M. is an absolute gem. He is the epidimy of what you look for in a professional. He arrives ahead of his own schedule and provides specific communication of what will be done. He is extremely detailed and sees things beyond your untrained eyes. I called and received a service quote on the next business day. Jose was able to offer completing the project on the same day. He also ensured that his service area was just as presentable as it was when he arrived. Don't make a costly mistake in hiring anyone else other than BHS. You will do your home or commercial property an injustice if you don't secure them for your services. CALL THEM TODAY!

Honestly, I'm very disappointed with the assessment that I got from one of your technicians because he said I would have to replace the entire faucet to fix the leak that was only on the hot water faucet. That would've cost me over $700. Instead the handyman in my building was able to help by simply ordering a faucet cartridge that was only $25 and he charged me $50 to replace it. So my total cost was $75 and it took him less than 10 minutes to do it.Not only do I pay $600 a year for my home warranty, but on top of that I paid $85 for the service fee to have your technician show up and give me a useless recommendation. I recommend you relay this message to your manager to have your company train the technicians better.
