Gas Pipe leak...In and out.. on time even had to go get extra parts. The tech needs a raise and the company needs more service.

Has a minor plumbing issue and called Wedgeworth Plumbing. Shawn came by and got us all fixed up. Very professional, great job communicating what he was doing and cleaned up after himself. This is the second time we’ve used them and been happy with both service calls.

Nathan and his team did a terrific job re-piping my home with PEX and installing a tankless water heater. Now, we have consistent hot and cold water throughout the house with improved pressure.

My experience with Roto Rooter has been absolutely terrible. When I first looked them up online, I saw all the good reviews and figured this would work out great for a leak that developed in my house. So I called them a few days ago to schedule an appointment in the 4-6 pm time slot and answered all their questions to classify my leak and get the right assistance. The day of my appointment, the dispatcher that first called me (Jarell) was very polite and courteous and asked me additional questions to ensure that he sent the correct technician to my house, and he informed me that he'd be in touch. So I left work in time to be home for the appointment window and 6pm rolls around and still no follow up call. Around 6:30 pm I proceed to call dispatch and a lady picked up this time. She informs me that I have to keep waiting as the technicians are very backed up. and she informs me that there is no possible way to get a time estimate. At almost 8pm, she finally calls me back and proceeds to ask me what kind of leak I have and what type of service I need (this is now the third time I've answered this question) and she tells me they only have people available to fix a clog not a plumbing leak (which I had originally specified) and that I have to continue to wait for her to see if a plumber will be available sometime tonight. She repeated again that there's no way to estimate what time and if he will even be available. I have already wasted hours waiting for a service person to show up, and now they expect me to stay up even later with no time estimate and no guarantee that a technician will even come by tonight. This is ridiculous. I hope no one else will have to go through a situation like this.

Great service. Used them several times in the past and alway a pleasure working with. Profesional and prices are good. It’s not easy to find a good honest fair plumber but they proved themselves over and over again

Had Lucky's Plumbing visit twice in the last few weeks. Once for clogged drain line and once for broken gas line.They were right on time, fixed the issue quickly and professionally and the prices were quite reasonable.I will continue to use them whenever I have plumbing needs..Top notch operation.

I’ve recently purchased a house and was having issues with other plumbers.. being frustrated I contacted this company..The tech was very professional & understanding and assured me they weren’t the same.. He did the job neatly and offered tips.. I apologized for coming off mean but he understood my angry.. Thank you Lindell for your patience and understanding.. During this trying time for many Houstonians I was lucky enough to get an appointment scheduled after discovering my pipes froze and burst. I wasn't sure what to expect for total damages but the lead guy Leonard was excellent! He explained everything that was going on and what they would need to do to fix everything.The team even went above and beyond what was needed after discovering the shoddy job the original builders did with not having separate shutoff for the sprinkler system that also burst. They installed a separate shutoff for sprinkler system while fixing the main water pipe that burst.They also probably saved me a lot of time telling me if I could find 2 other parts that were needed to fix other issues I was having to get them and what the part numbers were and sizes i needed. Luckily I was able to find both and will definitely contact them as soon as they come in.Finally came the price that i was really worried about. Thankfully the price they charged for everything was in my mind very reasonable considering the repairs and knowing a typical DYI person wasn't going to be able to fix these. I am sure during these challenging times they could have charged a lot more and gotten away with it but they didn't. I have saved their information and will use them for any work i have in the future including my rental property.Thanks again for helping get my water back on! You guys are great!

This guy can't even keep his appointment. He wanted to epoxy my 60-year-old galvanized pipes. VERY SHADY COMPANY !!! STAY AWAY.

It was Sunday and they came out , had our hot water heater replaced in no time . Very helpful and I think gave us a good ideal for being a Sunday. Service man was very polite and thorough. The owner even came to make sure everything was good.

I am so impressed with Ruben and his teams work! They fixed a busted pipe for me and the very same day i had another pipe bust so they came right back immediately and saved the day.
