New Lavatory Pedestal Faucet And Toilet Repairs. We live in a 25 year old condo and our bathroom sink faucet is about to break. and our American Standard seat was so uncomfortable. When we brought in GEI Plumbing Services, they were able to fix everything on the spot. We're very pleased with the result.

My review isn't the normal one. I had a toilet on the 3rd floor of my house that wasn't draining properly and the problem kept getting worse to the point almost overflowing. So i called Roto-Rooter to come out around 10pm on a Monday night. I tried these guys because they are 24 hour. So this technician arrives and proceed to use this snaking device to unclog the line. This doesn't work and he says he forgot to bring his camera camera to go into the line to see where the blockage is. So the following night a completely different technician comes out and he has the camera, he goes into the pipe through the sink drain and discovers the blockage right around the floor area of the toilet. He tries to use that snake device again and that fails, so he says he needs this small machine to get the clog removed. And then tells me he doesn't have it on him because he lent it to a friend.. and hasn't gotten it back. So he will return the following night. He also gives me a quote to fix, which i found acceptable. The following night i wait for a few hours only to then find out he is stuck at another job and can't make it, and there is no other technician that can come either. And following day is his day off. That night i find water leaking into my pantry from the ceiling above.(which is where the toilet is.) So i had to shut off the water to avoid any more problems. Next day is Thursday morning and a new technician comes out and he tells me something completely different to fix this and the cost is now doubled. So i have to call in speck to the manager, etc. and get it all straightened out. This technician removes the toilet fixes the clog and reattaches the toilet. At the same time, the manger and a few other gentlemen showed up to make sure everything went right. I appreciate Clyde the technician for fixing it correctly and for his tips, also the managers coming to make sure there were no more issues. I now have fans shooting air at my ceiling to dry it out and hopefully avoid a bigger problem. I try to look at the positive of things but this was a bad experience that I thought could have been handled better, and took some of the top guys to fix. (6 people total) I Didn't get a discount on anything either, they just honored the original guys quote.

This is a family operated business run by Mark and Donna with their son Jake. Recently, I had them take care of a problem that had been plaguing my 89 yr old parents for almost 2 years. My fix it yourself' dad just wouldn't give up. Finally, I convinced him it was time to swallow his pride and call the professionals. Wow! They came in, took care of the problem in a hurry, did it in a way that salvaged Daddy's pride and at a price that didn't sound the wallet! I can't say enough about how nice, efficient and quick this crew is. I will never call another plumbing company again!.

Dear owner since your also a liar post the video of me asking for money. I am calling you out on your lies. I want the video to take to the police. You can also talk to the petsmart employee who was helping a customer to their car who saw it all. Very disappointing an owner would lie.This man decided he was not going to pay attention to pedestrians, almost hitting the lady in the picture then opened his door to start shouting at the pedestrians to use a different area to cross as well as calling people obscene names and telling them to go back to their country very unprofessional. I hope anyone reading this sees what kind of employees they have at this company. Many other places with professional employees to choose from.

Great communication and knowledgeable technicians but very expensive compared to others. I was quoted almost $8k for a equipment that I was able to get from another company for less than half their quote.

Justin came out on time and really took the time to assess my leaky faucet. He gave a great explanation of what the problem was and how he would fix it. He scheduled a follow up to fix the issue on the spot and was very professional!

We had a clogged drain in our bathroom and this plumbing service came out the same day to fix it. They were quick, thorough, and affordable.

Mathew, came out and found my leak behind my washing machine he fixed the leak and repaired all leaks that were behind the washing machine. I would definitely recommend to everyone thank you After Hours Plumbing Service.

I have used them before and was pleased so I didn’t hesitate to use them again. Ben is very professional and kind and always does an excellent job. He makes sure he leaves everything spotless and his pricing is right on target. I highly recommend them and plan on using them again when I need another toilet installed or any other plumbing need.

I’m leaving this review for the driver of van 34 today on Fairmont Parkway in Pasadena. He changed lanes without a blinker, almost sodeswiping me. Then he did the same thing to another car the next lane over. I tried calling but the phone operator didn’t seem concerned.

This company has a horrible drive who apparently has road rage! Drive with unit number 120. Called yesterday to report to the company and left a message with the receptionist and haven’t heard back from the manager. Couldn’t get the managers name because apparently the receptionist said she could not give out the managers name! Remember your employees reflect on your company!

I’ll preface this by saying, I was not actually able to get work completed by this company despite multiple attempts. Their workmanship may be excellent- I cannot rate them on that. My review is based on my experience trying to get a technician to my house and communicating with the company. I welcome a response if I have misrepresented anything.I contacted Turbo because I needed both a plumber and an electrician to install a new garbage disposal (current one is hard wired, new one requires an outlet). When I called I confirmed that they could do both at the same time. I then paid an up-front $89 service fee just to schedule (red flag, I know). Scheduled for the following Thursday (Jan 26) arrival between 10am and 1pm. They then asked for pictures of the work which I was happy to send and even agreed to have a technician call me to give me a rough verbal estimate. All fine. I stayed home from work on Thursday and when I had no calls and no one at my house after 1pm I called the office. They were apologetic, running behind, etc. In the process of rescheduling, they became concerned about the job and the garbage disposal I had to install - apparently they did not review the job description or the photos I sent. I appreciate the due diligence, but we were talking about this after I expected the job to be completed. They then asked me to text pictures and further information about the job which I did immediately to radio silence.I waited until the following Monday (Jan 30) and followed up - I actually was interested in simplifying the job, doing what they suggested, etc. I asked to give me a call. At 9am “Yes, I’m in a meeting, will call you after.” It’s 8:30pm and I haven’t heard anything. I called at 5pm to request my service fee be refunded which I understand takes a few days to process.In the back of my mind a tiny piece of me wonders if this is a scam? But it seems so elaborate for just $89. The no call/no show, promising to communicate and not, up front payment, etc. just feels fishy.Again, I welcome the company’s response if I have misrepresented what happened. I, unfortunately, cannot provide a review on their work. This was a frustrating process for me as I work full-time and have two small children and was just trying to get something fixed.

I spoke with Mario and he was able to help me get set up with an appointment the next day! Very polite and straightforward. His guys came in and were extremely respectful. I will DEFINITELY use these guys again in the future!
