Best Hour Emergency Plumbing in Houston TX

Our AC died over the weekend. I contacted GEI Plumbing Services tech early Monday morning. He was at our house by 9am. Tried several fixes and we thought the AC unit was dead but he pulled off a miracle on the third try and saved the day! Repaired and cooling again by 10am. Amazing!

Roto router should be proud to have an employee like Mr.Hindson. He asked what The problem was so I told him and he got started. He fixed the problem, cleaned up the work space.He was on time. My water heater stop working. Ben was very nice and completed the job same day.

Had my heating system checked for any issues. Sammy Martinez performed the service check and was very thorough and located a sensor that needed replacement. Sammy also brought me up to date on features my heating system had that I was not aware of (e.g. air purifier, and air filter replacement. He also provided some additional information regarding enhancing the air purification system to eliminate spores. I appreciate the extra attention to detail that Sammy provided and will definitely consider his recommendations when I have my A/C reviewed in the spring.

This company has done work for our association before and based on those jobs I had been recommending them. BUT....when I needed them for a personal home repair, I was told I couldn't even be scheduled until after I set up an account with a credit card number. After setting up an account with a credit card number, I was told no one could come out until maybe Monday because of all the rain our area had been receiving. I did tell them it was an active leak about 2 gallons in 4-5 minutes. After I hung up, I called Premier Plumbing and the City - both of which sent out people to assess without asking for credit card info. It was not on the City side so Premier went into action the very next morning and they just left after resolving the issue to completion.

Kenneth was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and helpful when he did an AC tune up. He was thorough and took his time. Most importantly he wasn’t pushy. Kenneth made recommendations of repairs he thought would be most beneficial and never once tried to persuade me into getting additional, potentially unnecessary work done. Great person and great company!

They charged me $200, and all the tech did, was run a hand held plumbing snake down the drain for 5 minutes. Then without looking at the pipes behind the wall or using a camera to see inside the pipe, he told me that I need a $5000.00 repair. I then went to home depot bought my own drain auger and draino, got the water flowing for $40.00, and haven't had any problems in 2 months. The technician was very nice, but it seems like he was only interested in selling me a repipe service, he probably gets commission. He was at my house for about 30 minutes and 25 of those minutes were just him trying to sell me a house repipe service, he tried offering discounts, warranties, financing even a free new toilet w/installation. And all I wanted was to fix a slow drain.

I was in need of a plumber to repair my old pipes and I found one that did a fantastic job. They were knowledgeable, professional and their work was top-notch. They went above and beyond to get the job done right and I couldn't be happier with the results. Highly recommend!

The brass ball shutoff valve for the main water entry line on the exterior of my home had a slow leak in it. Ben Hacker at Synergy Plumbing came highly recommended to me from a trusted source. I felt this was a fairly complex issue and I wanted someone who could handle the job and would do the work correctly. I contacted Ben to evaluate and make necessary repairs. I called this company at 7:30am on Sat Aug 21, 2021. After giving my information, I was told the plumber would call. I have wasted the whole day waiting for a plumber. I called at three hour intervals only to be told at 3:25 PM no plumber is available today!!!DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!

We appreciate the work they did, but it was very high. I will never ask them to do another job again!
