Called them because my ac wasn't blowing cold expecting to receive an appointment for a later date. They were able to fit me in same day only a handful of hours after calling them. The technician that was sent was respectful and knowledgeable taking the time to walk me through what he was doing and why. He did everything he could despite his own discomfort to ensure my ac was repaired and in peak performance before he was done. HIGHLY recommend this company and highly recommend Skylar barron if you need ac work.

Had Jerry (the Drain Detective) come out. He was very upstanding, great at diagnosing the issue we were having with our dishwasher and didn't try to upsell anything. Truly. a pleasure to work with him and will be requesting him for all of our plumbing issues.

Today we had our A/C unit checked out by Eddy for the spring/summer checkup. Eddy was very nice, polite and very professional. He serviced our system & everything was good. He did show us how to spray lightly down our unit outside because dust gets on the vents which we didn't know to do this. Eddy talked with us & explained what all he did to our unit when he checked it out to make sure it is running good for the summer. Thank you, Eddy!We had a new system and ductwork installed on Saturday. This morning, 5 days later, we had a critical alarm showed up on or keypad. I called Abacus immediately and they sent Dan out within the hour. He explained to me about electrical surges that could happen, but he checked out the whole system and everything is fine. He really couldn't pin point what the problem was. Dan was amazing with his knowledge of the system and explained what he was doing. I felt very comfortable with him checking out our system. This company is amazing with their customer service, they respond immediately.

Great service!My A/C fan motor went out at 1:30 AM. Mission had a tech at my house at 8 AM that morning. The technicians were very knowledgeable and gave you plenty of advice and options to fix my A/C unit.

My hot water heater was tripping the breaker but when I tried to reset it, it would trip again in a few hours. Damian came out and did an excellent job replacing the breaker and also replacing 2 of my electrical sockets. He was very knowledgeable and professional. Also, the raining during those days was pouring over Houston at that time and they came out anyway and did a great job!

We have used Pickett for years, going back to 2003 when they resurfaced our pipes with the Ace DuraFlo process. I called them earlier this month due to a leak in our attic. Their plumber charged me $70 to tell me our water heater was leaking and needed to be replaced. He gave me a quote of $2,232, which I thought was high. We found another plumber who replaced it for $1,125. A couple of hours after they had replaced it, I realized we still had a leak. I called Pickett since they had originally diagnosed the leak was from the water heater, which was obviously not the case. They sent a different plumber at my request. He was here within a couple of hours and found that the hot water pipe under the water heater was the source of the leak. He gave me a quote of $731 to replace a 6' section of pipe. I checked with the other plumber and he told me that was a high price. He came and replaced the pipe for $426. Not only are Pickett's prices extremely high, but the first plumber they sent misdiagnosed the source of the leak. He should have been suspicious of our pipes since they had resurfaced our pipes 13 years ago. The Ace DuraFlo process is a total ripoff. We paid $9,570 in 2003 to have our pipes resurfaced. The other plumber showed me the section of pipe he replaced and it was almost totally clogged with rust, as only only side of the pipe had the Ace DuraFlo epoxy coating. (see uploaded photo) The photos Pickett has on their website shows a perfectly even coating of epoxy. They have to know this is not the case, but they still show the photo and offer this expensive service.I did send Mr. Pickett a letter concerning all of this, but I have not had any response.I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND PICKETT PLUMBING.

After having no hot water and not knowing what to do, I call Got Flow Plumbing & AC Service. From the moment the phone was answered till when Mr. Chris finished I was very pleased and satisfied. He was very easy going, efficient and took the time to explain to me what exactly had happened and how next time I can avoid it from happening again. Thank you so much Mr. Chris and Got Flow Plumbing &AC Service. Will most definitely be calling them again if another problem occurs.

I’ll preface this by saying, I was not actually able to get work completed by this company despite multiple attempts. Their workmanship may be excellent- I cannot rate them on that. My review is based on my experience trying to get a technician to my house and communicating with the company. I welcome a response if I have misrepresented anything.I contacted Turbo because I needed both a plumber and an electrician to install a new garbage disposal (current one is hard wired, new one requires an outlet). When I called I confirmed that they could do both at the same time. I then paid an up-front $89 service fee just to schedule (red flag, I know). Scheduled for the following Thursday (Jan 26) arrival between 10am and 1pm. They then asked for pictures of the work which I was happy to send and even agreed to have a technician call me to give me a rough verbal estimate. All fine. I stayed home from work on Thursday and when I had no calls and no one at my house after 1pm I called the office. They were apologetic, running behind, etc. In the process of rescheduling, they became concerned about the job and the garbage disposal I had to install - apparently they did not review the job description or the photos I sent. I appreciate the due diligence, but we were talking about this after I expected the job to be completed. They then asked me to text pictures and further information about the job which I did immediately to radio silence.I waited until the following Monday (Jan 30) and followed up - I actually was interested in simplifying the job, doing what they suggested, etc. I asked to give me a call. At 9am “Yes, I’m in a meeting, will call you after.” It’s 8:30pm and I haven’t heard anything. I called at 5pm to request my service fee be refunded which I understand takes a few days to process.In the back of my mind a tiny piece of me wonders if this is a scam? But it seems so elaborate for just $89. The no call/no show, promising to communicate and not, up front payment, etc. just feels fishy.Again, I welcome the company’s response if I have misrepresented what happened. I, unfortunately, cannot provide a review on their work. This was a frustrating process for me as I work full-time and have two small children and was just trying to get something fixed.

Professional with the consultation. Got the job done! Expect a long wait for people coming to fix & 4-6 hours if doing installations. Overall, nice & skilled workers

Great response time. Mike and William were able to quickly resolve the issue quickly on Sunday. Everyone where else we called was closed.

My huband was very pleased with Micheal and felt he was very knowledgeable on the service provided. He made him feel very comfortable making a decision on replacing our AC. They came out as promised and completed everything same day. The man who was in charge of the crew was very professional and friendly.
