My tech from GEI Plumbing Services came out to do routine maintenance on our Carrier Infinity Series heat pump/ac system. He was very friendly, courteous, professional, and thorough. He suggested the installation of a surge protector to prevent possible damage to expensive components. Definitely seemed like wise advice. I thanked him and had him make the install. We found a leak in our bathroom and looked online to find a local plumber who could come out. I called Friday morning, they came out Friday afternoon, and started on Saturday! They were so thorough. We knew when we bought our house that it had the original plumbing from the 70s that would need updating at some point. Lucky's gave us quotes for the immediate fix that needed to be done as well as what a total repipe would be. I appreciated that they walked us through options. We went with the repipe, because we knew that would put us in a better position in the long run. I can't say enough amazing things about the quality of the work they did! With COVID, we were home the whole time they were working (probably not the most convenient for them). They were so clean, efficient, and communicative as they worked. The plumbing team was amazing; Eric, Daniel, and Broderick consistently made sure we knew what they were working on and as they found other issues, inevitable in a house this old, they walked us through options and made sure we were comfortable with everything they did. One of the things that we loved about their quote was that it included the work and repairing the sheetrock and leaving it in a paint ready condition. Manuel and his team left our house in beautiful shape! Now that we got the house painted, you can't even tell there was ever an issue. I am so grateful for the work Lucky's did. We will be customers for life.

Lindell is simply the best of the best. He quickly came to help me with a hopelessly clogged drain in my new home, and also helped with a retrofit of my existing sink faucet and water maker. I called TDT plumbing about a drain leak. They spent time on the phone talking through some troubleshooting I could easily do to reduce the plumbing cost. After following their instructions, I figured out the culprit. Also, they talked me out of some expensive repairs they thought I didn’t need. Wonderful company. Highly recommend.

Called one week ago……still no call back. That’s pretty awesome service if you ask me. Don’t waste your time.Update two months later….still waiting on a call back.Maybe I’ll go to plumbing trade school and learn the trade myself, might actually happen before I get any attentiveness from GT.

I contacted this company due to my fan motor not turning. Technician named JAY came out to inspect it. He was very knowledgeable, respectful and professional. He took his time to thoroughly inspect the unit. After a few minutes he showed me exactly how he determined what the problem was. Re-tested his findings in my presence which made me feel confident about his work. We scheduled a unit replacement for the next morning. The next morning Jay contacted me ahead of time to let me know he was on his way. Once he arrived he got straight to it and completed the job in about 2 hours. Upon completion he made sure all of my questions were answered before leaving. He cleaned up the area and even contacted me 2 days after to make sure everything was running good. I strongly recommend JAY for any of your AC repairs.

One Star only because I can’t post without selecting at least one.Called to request plumbing service. I gave the operator my address and she gave me a 4-hour window for someone to come out. Which I was ok with since I’d get my plumbing issue fixed the same day. Just a few moments later a plumber called to say he was on his way-45 minutes away. I immediately received a text saying my plumber was on his way, along with his tracking info.After an hour, he hadn’t arrived so I tried tracking him, but could not. I texted the company number to alert them that an hour had gone by and my plumber hasn’t arrived yet. After about half an hour I get a call stating they had entered my address wrong, they asked me for my address again, and stated they were rerouting the plumber back to my home. About another half hour later, I got a call from the company stating the plumber was already out of the area and wouldn’t be coming.Yea his is the second time in 10 years I call John Moore and both times a tech did not arrive. All I got was an “Oops, sorry.” SMH.

We had a leak coming from our master bathroom shower and we had no clue where it was coming from. We called Acosta and they had someone out the next day for us. Our tech was nice and he explained so many things and even answered questions I may have had for him and the process.They took their time making sure they not only found the main leak, but made sure there wasn't any other leak as well. After they found the leak, they not only explained what most-likely caused it, but went through and told me what exactly he would be doing when he would fix the issue. He also pointed out a few things that could have been done better by the home builders.He came back a few days later to fix it (I wasn't able to be home until then or he would have been back the next day). He didn't make a mess with our sheetrock, he showed me the finished work and explained to me what he did.I always appreciate when professionals take the time to explain things to me so that I understand what the exact issue was and also how and why the did what they did to fix it.

We had two prior technicians come out and couldn’t find anything wrong with my AC but it was not cooling. Finally technician Ezequiel came out and found the problem. He was very professional, helpful and did not leave until it was resolved. I would definitely recommend him and the company.
