Best Free Repair in Houston TX

Called yesterday to set up an appointment. Told the receptionist the symptoms. She was professional. She said that they have a $149 special based on what I said. It seems like the washing machine drain was causing the backup ( merely a guess). Well. Since I guessed wrong and it is the Line that is causing the backup is the A/C the “special price” is not valid and it would be about $450 minus some coupon. Same service just say a. Different line? $300 extra for a different line Buyer beware. I am one that doesn’t like surprises. John is nice and just doing his job. But jeez!Update 06/09/21: Scheduled my prepaid AC checkup weeks ago, at least 6, and just today at 11 they called and said that they will push me back to the 29th saying that they were overbooked. Just today they found out? I rearranged my entire schedule this week to be home today. Some forewarning would be nice. Like on Monday. Not the day of in the middle of the wait time. 8-6 mind you. I am dropping their rating from 2 to 1.

Our kitchen drain line clogged on a Saturday at 7 pm during post dinner clean up. Being average DIYers we grabbed the 25 foot snake I had purchased for situations such as this, and it wouldn’t touch the clog! I called Roto Rooter for their 24 hour service. They sent Jaime L. all the way from Rosenberg to Kingwood to help us out. He arrived at 10 pm and had our drain unclogged in less than 30 minutes. He was incredibly helpful and offered me tips and products I could use to keep my drains clog free and gave us a 6 month guarantee in the snaking he did on our pipe. David Rostran was very professional and new what he was doing. He explained everything to us step by step and made the visit go very well. He broke down many different options on repairs from what they came with to the price. I would recommend David to anybody that needs ac repairs.

This is our first time using this company and pleased with the services and professionalism of Armando. He kept us informed of his arrival and the entire time, he complied with facial mask and clean the work area before leaving. Very please with service. Will keep his contact for future reference. Very good job by HIJ. Our water heater gave up the ghost and we needed it replaced fast. Hector provided with a quote with different options (with pros and cons, no pressure). We decided on the spot. Hector showed up as planned, great quality job (replacement of valves, flex pipe, tray, insulation of lines, cleanup…etc). Very happy with project. Highly recommended.
