My second floor bath tub leaked. I first contacted another plumbing company but got very high quote prices. I then contacted Cooper Plumbing. Esteban and his associate came. Esteban made the correct diagnosis and then a speedy repair. The cost was 1/5 of what was quoted by another company. I say that Esteban did his repair in a professional manner. Miguel Salazar was our technician, and he did a great job diagnosing our HVAC problem. We had gotten shoddy work done by a different contractor who previously installed a unit for us before the summer, and had issues with that for months. But Miguel was able to immediately identify several problems and how to resolve each of them. He also was great with following up, and was incredibly patient answering all my questions and concerns. So far so good, and we’ve had no issues since. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience with Blue Frog. They came out after my pipes burst during the freeze and fixed my leak. Little things with customer service made a big impression. CJ came out, identified the problem, and fixed it really quick. He even showed me and explained what he was doing. I would highly recommend them!

Unfortunately I had a terrible experience with Texas Plumbing. I contacted them because I was needing a licensed plumber to do a gas inspection before centerpoint could turn on the gas to the house. At first contact Nathan was great, very responsive and quickly got me on the schedule for the next morning at 9am.I scheduled someone to be at the house from then on. They did not show up until 1PM. They never called me letting me know they would be delayed. I had to call several times to get an update on what the plan was. Nathan apologized and said he'd work with us on the pricing, which never happened.While they were there we asked if they could look at why 2 of my plumbing fixtures were not working. The gentleman let me know the diverters were bad and would need replacement. I approved them to continue with the fix, and after the work was done, turns out that wasn't the issue but rather a simple fix that required no parts or much effort. I discussed this issue with Nathan to express my frustration of how I could have potentially saved $300 (the cost to replace the diverters, which only $80 of it was for parts), and he said he'd talk to his technician and would get back to me on the situation. He never did, but were quick to send me an invoice.The story goes on and on, but the point is the communication was awful. I work for a reputable residential/commercial builder and have been exposed to terrible subcontractors, but you just never get used to how unprofessional some of them are. I wish I would have just pulled off my plumber from one of my jobs and had him do me this solid rather than seeking for someone else.

Very professional! I had a clogged toilet and a clogged shower that 2 other plumbers couldn’t fix . I called Texas Premier plumbing and they Took the time to explain to me what was happening and fixed the problem and had the bathroom up and running at no time . I will definitely call them if I ever need a plumber again.

We’ve used Redfin twice for plumbing issues at our home and they have been wonderful to work with each time. After the recent winter storm they were honest, upfront, and communicated well to get our issues fixed. The staff is awesome and the work is top notch. I recently moved into a 65 year old home that had the original galvanized pipes. Houston Plumbing Services did a re-pipe of the house, replacing every inch of piping throughout the house and I'm beyond happy with their work. Not only did they do great work, but they did so with a lot of attention to minimizing any damage to the house, such as cutting into walls to access fixtures. The biggest example is getting to the kitchen without tearing up any counter or backsplash.To explain, I had another company (the one that advertises constantly on TV with the CEO...you know who I mean) quote for the job and they instantly talked about ripping apart my granite countertop and tile backsplash because they didn't see any other way to get to the faucet and dishwasher. But in the same breath told me they offered services to rebuild my kitchen. When Leonard from Houston Plumbing looked, he just said it would be easy enough to come down the end of the wall and run the PEX over to the faucet. No demolition, nothing to repair other than two little holes in the drywall where he pulled the PEX through. That was thousands of dollars of repairs avoided.Speaking of dollars, HPS was completely fair in their pricing, unlike that other company that obviously was preying on people who either just don't know better or aren't bothering to do due diligence and get multiple quotes. They were more than double the price, plus wanted to tear out my kitchen so that they could gouge me for rebuilding it afterwards. I had called a third large plumbing company (the one whose name is an ancient calculator) but they literally just didn't show up for the appointment they set up.So in the end, Houston Plumbing Services did great work at a fair price. What else can you ask for? I've recommend them to several people already, and I highly recommend them to whoever is reading this review.

Service is absolutely horrible. They take hour upon hours to respond. Called in at 10:06am and it's now 10:46pm still have not come out and now I have sewer backing up into 4 buildings. This is ridiculous

My mother had major emergency day after a mild freeze. Her main waterline broke & water was gushing everywhere. Luckily someone walking by helped her & knew how to turn it off. She was waterless and the neighbor referred this company. They were there within hours and fixed it perfectly, before they left he had mom try ever faucet in the house and flush toilets. They were very thorough and did great job. Price was perfect!! Thank you for saving my mom GT Plumbing!!

Arrived on time, quick, knowledgeable, though pricy service. They charge a modest $45 fee due to fuel cost increase. They sent Yanis (a Master plumber) to evaluate and replace a broken leaking plastic ball valve and replace and relocate an improperly located pressure reduction valve in one visit. Yanis showed considerable knowledge and spent time explaining the repair and best practices. Whole job cost $1080 and took about 2 hours. Did a great job cleaning up too. Of the 2 hrs, waited 30 minutes for someone to drop off parts.Edit: Price was actually on the high side after researching parts installed. Parts was about $200 so paid about $350-400/hr for labor but Yanis was knowledgeable.

We had an emergency on a Saturday during a holiday weekend and called with little hope. Matt came out that evening, found the cause. He gave us the plan, an estimate and was back at 8am the next morning with a crew to fix our disintegrating pipe (on a Sunday). One call has gained a customer for life. Thank you so much!

The Technician arrived and performed a main line clean out service and performed a condition assessment / inspection of the main line.The Technician was honest and provided a complete detailed report for services provide.I am very happy with the administrative staff that I spoke with initially at this company and very happy with the services provided overall. Contacted Chavez Plumbing on recommendation of local highly rated HVAC Co. Told plumber - no rush, gurgling in toilet during shower. Free to come whenever, no rush. He was at my home within 30 minutes (I was at work) (was there less than 25 minutes) (I have cameras), and said no clog and I owed him $ 385.!!! Next shower, same gurgling, called another local Plumber, he came our the next day, fixed the clog, and left. Chavez Plumbing lied and cheated me. I will never recommend them to anyone.
