GEI Plumbing Services tech came to fix my broken faucet and leak. He explained everything he had to do. I like that the company kept in touch with me as far as him being able to come earlier and letting me know he was on his way. He did a great job in a timely manner, was professional, and cleaned up behind himself. I would totally recommend using him or Schuler plumbers.

Great service. Demondrick did a really good job, was polite and easy to work with. He made sure we were completely satisfied with the job before signing off. Scheduling was easy and he arrived right on time. Will use Wedgeworth Plumbing in the future.

Christian was absolutely wonderful! He made sure to figure out the root of the problem and gave us different plans depending on what we needed/wanted. I felt like he really took the time to explain (which is rare from other companies I’ve hired), and took the time to make sure all of our problems were addressed. I called Best Rates because I needed a new water heater, Ruben answered quick and sent Tony out the next day. Tony was very knowledgeable and gave me the pros and cons on water heaters. I ended up getting the tankless on Tonys recommendation and I will continue to call them. Awesome team and I hope that they continue with the fair pricing

This company is outrageously expensive. We had them come out to our house to cap a broken waterline. To make the job easier for them, we dug out the dirt to leave the line clear of dirt. It took all of 10 minutes to repair, and the bill was $327! I understand the urgent call fee of $99, but $228 for 10 minutes? That is equivalent to $1,368. It’s price gouging at it’s worst. Don’t use this company!

So we called John Moore because of the good reviews and our Ac wasnt cooling. The man said there was no coolant in the outside system so he filled it up and charged $800. Also said we had a leak. He said he would come back in a day or two because he needed to order some part. Well he never came back and we had to follow up to see what happened . They sent another guy only to tell us he could check the couls but it would be another $600 just to check it out only and $2000 if it needed to be fixed. Well we could not pay another $2600 so we called someone else. When another guy came that we were referred too, he said there was no leak and didnt know why we had to pay $800 for some coolant when there was no leak to begin with. It ended up jist being a part he needed to replace. I wish i would have never called John Moore. These people are crooks 100%. I do not and would never recommend them to anyone. Wish i could give them zero stars.

I thought I had a problem with the backflow valve for our sprinkler system and needed to have it repaired. Out of the 6 companies I checked with, Acosta plumbing was the only one that took time to ask me questions on what I’m seeing and even called to explain things and asked me to try a couple things first to see if it is really broken. It turns out after trying those few things, I did not need any repair! I appreciate the time Acosta took to give me their advice and I avoided having to pay for someone to come out to check on it due to the honesty of Acosta. Thank you!
