As a native Houstonian and over 50 if have used a lot of plumbing companies. These guys are now my go to plumbers. Courteous, punctual, professional, and more than just fair on their pricing. Does the job right so you don't have to worry about future problems. Kudos for Cooper Plumping. Call them you will not regret it.

The lead guys seemed very knowledgeable but he had a major problem with a leak under the sink. He came out probably 3 times. I suggested I buy another faucet and stopper? but that didn't seem to be the problem. We are waiting to see if the leak has been resolved.Very friendly and professional person.

I bought a new bathtub and had it delivered to my house. My neighbour did all the demolition work for my bathroom renovation. I then needed a licensed plumber to connect the bathtub. The plumber from GEI Plumbing Services did a great job and he never stop until he was finished with all the connections. I am very impressed and happy with this company!

After the Texas freeze storm of 2021, we needed to have our home totally re-piped. We obtained a few quotes from other local companies but eventually decided to go with Bluefrog Plumbing + Drainage of West Houston. The ladies at the office who were the first point of contact were awesome and amazingly friendly.CJ and his crew came out to survey the house and started the job soon after evaluating the job and providing a reasonable quote for what it cost to do the job. By midday, the whole house was completely re-piped in a very excellent and professional manner. I have had to use Bluefrog a few times since then for other jobs. I recommend Bluefrog Plumbing + Drain of West Houston for all your plumbing needs. Ask for CJ by name. He is a decent man and knows his job.

TJ was very personable and professional and did a great job. He was on time, and I would highly recommend him and Wedgeworth Plumbing.

Plumbers are good, communication about the work and the billing should have been better. I recommend making them give you a quote on paper or email before letting them start any work.

Blue Frog Plumbing helped us with a clogged drain and a burst pipe. Plumbing is not cheap, but you get what you pay for with Blue Frog. They are very good at what they do!

These guys are GREAT. Quality work at a reasonable price. They have worked on several of my rental homes as well as my personal house. Everything from minor plumbing repairs to redoing our entire master bath. New shower, toilets, faucets and so on. I would highly recommend these plumbers.

They wanted me to pay $1543 to replace a fan/motor. I called another person who went and did some repair work (no fan or motor replacement) and charged us $120. The abacus service guy suggested financing not realizing the extra monthly cost to us with interest.Imagine, fan and/or Motor not broken, but ready to replace it and charge us $1543 (1300% more) without a conscience of the financial impact to us and informing that others would charge us more then $1543Taking advantage and thriving upon the situation of desperation of folks whocan’t live without AC in this Texas heat and charging horrendous amounts up to 1300% more and who knows probably much more in other cases. This type of business makes my stomach sick. May Our God Have Mercy on Them.

I contacted them, pre-covid-19, to assist me with a residential home bathroom (update plumbing) and to relocate kitchen from one location to another (piping of new location of kitchen). I was informed that everything was complete and I could proceed with my renovation of the home. However, Covid-19 came along and I had to stop all construction at the home. After a year later, I started with the renovations once again. The city of Houston permitting informed me that the scope of the work being done needs to be permitted. I pleaded with Santiago Plumbing to please assist me with this task since I was falsely informed that the permits for rough inspection were completed. I have 3 months waiting for a response from them. I regret doing business with them. I was misinformed on the idea that they had done the permits and completed the job.

Leonard and his crew recently completed a bathroom remodel in a short time frame. Wow!! It looks fantastic! Leonard was always on time and he communicated the details and steps thoroughly. Of course his plumbing work was excellent (we had used him previously for water heater replacement, faucet replacements), but we were pleasantly surprised by his terrific trades people. Leonard sent timely well skilled tradesmen (tile, drywall, electrician, wallpaper) who always cleaned up after themselves and were professional. The work moved quickly and smoothly thanks to Leonard's oversight. We look forward to our next bath redo with Houston Plumbing Services.

I can't say enough about TDT Plumbing! They were recommended to me by a friend back in June. I had a pretty clogged up toilet and our home insurance wouldn't cover it! Armando and Jacob came out, were there for quite a while. They were both very professional, polite and would answer our questions. They took care of the problem!The toilet started to have a problem again (different problem) right before Christmas and we were going to have guests at our home. I called them late one afternoon and spoke to Vic who assured me that they would take care of it before Christmas. Next day I spoke to Melissa who explained that Micah and Jack were at another job but would be at my house in the afternoon. Micah and Jack fixed our problem and all was well again. We had an issue with our commecial building. The guy they sent out had it figured out in 5 minuts and fixed in 20. Worth every dime to not have sewage backing up into the warehouse! Now I use them for my home too!

Kintex Plumbing was assigned to fix my garbage disposal. The original appointment was set for Saturday, October 8, 2022 between 7AM to 12PM. However, I received a phone call saying that they could come Wednesday, October 5, 2022 between 8AM and 12PM. I was told that I would receive a phone call approximately 30 minutes before the technician's arrival.At 12PM on Wednesday, I had not heard from anyone so I called the company to figure out what was going on. When I told them my concern about the technician not showing up during the window AND not updating me if there was a delay, the lady tells me that my window was from 9AM to 1PM. There is NO way that I got the window confused because I wrote it down and saved it in my calendar. I was told from 8AM to 12PM and I reinforced this with the lady.Her response was, So are you not going to be home? She was completely ignoring the point that I was trying to make so I reiterated my concern. She tells me that she can try to call the technician for an estimate on the time, but that he probably won't answer since he's in the field. I tell her to call him.After a brief hold, she gets back on and tells me that the technician isn't available and that there are three more service appointments ahead of mine so that she would be unable to give me an estimate of the technician's arrival time.I once again repeat that the expectation was that the technician would arrive between 8AM and 12PM. She then states, So would you like to reschedule? I inform her that I cannot take another day off from work so she offers me a Saturday appointment.Needless to say, I requested to be reassigned to another company because their professionalism was nonexistence and they had no remorse for inconveniencing me.
