Had a leak in the ceiling. They came out and diagnosed the problem quickly. Replaced 50ft of old steel pipe at a fair price. Considering having them recipe the entire house.

The technican Maxwell is amazing!! He went out of his way to help my husband retrieve a watch I accidentally flushed down the toilet! His manners and customer service were top notch! I can't speak highly enough about how impressive and professional he was! Excellent experience!

This is the second time I have used/contacted DYZ Plumbing. Everything about the company was professional, from the phone calls to the emails to the in person repair visit. They are courteous and respectful of my time and my home. (Things that a lot of other businesses could learn from them…)The master plumber, who came with a fellow plumber, was top notch. Not only did they bring uninstall the perfect new kitchen faucet, but before they did that, they replaced the old sink valves, which to my surprise were leaking under the cabinet. It could have been a catastrophe!Their professionalism and commitment to doing the full job and taking care of clients is a testament to this business and a relief for customers like me.They have my loyalty and I thank them for a job very well done!

I love the service and attention. A few weeks ago I noticed that my air conditioner was malfunctioning, the air was not coming out and if it did it was very little, something that did not happen before. I had been recommended Turbo so I did not hesitate to call them to schedule an appointment and the response was very fast. They came to my house and made the corresponding diagnosis explaining and showing me where the damage was and gave me a solution to the problem that was the result of internal clogging in the ducts. I was very happy with the service, without a doubt I recommend them with eyes closed.

I used this plumbing company services to install and repipe a new sink garbage disposal. I provided the garbage disposal. This installation was for my father. He stated that Rolando properly installed the disposal using new pipe and provided a ground wire where there was none, previously.The installation is a vast improvement over the last time the old disposal was installed, correctly piped in a more simpler drain pattern under the sink and again, installed a ground wire, as recognized as needed by Rolando.The company uses flat rate fees, which was not priced during our service request, causing some confusion, no fault of the plumber, Rolando. We worked it out satisfactorily.My father was pleased with the final price, the professional installation and conduct of the plumber who recognized the work needed improvement.Since Thanksgiving is next week, I suggest giving Rolando a bonus that includes a full-size turkey. There are heroes and then there are Super Heroes. And within that same context there are plumbers and then there is H-Town Emergency Plumber.The toilet in my condo started leaking and I knew I needed someone to get the job done right. I checked with a few places and none of them had the same level of service with just getting me in. They were incredibly accomodating to my situation for which I am truly grateful. And with condo's you have to work with the property management - no problem for these guys they really went above and beyond.If you need any plumbing work done and your reading this review because you are looking for the right person for the job - they are the right person for the job - I highly recommend them.The work is excellent, the service is outstanding and the value is tremendous.

I recommend Acosta Plumbing Solutions for any plumbing issue. Ernesto delivered an excelent work. The repair went smooth. This was the second time I was using Acosta based on a previous repair that also was complete at full satisfaction.

Worst customer service in the industry. I cannot imagine a reason why I would ever hire them for anything.

This company has a horrible drive who apparently has road rage! Drive with unit number 120. Called yesterday to report to the company and left a message with the receptionist and haven’t heard back from the manager. Couldn’t get the managers name because apparently the receptionist said she could not give out the managers name! Remember your employees reflect on your company!
