I’ve used Curtis a couple of times, most recently for the installation of LED lights in my kitchen. He was very punctual both times. Curtis is very knowledgeable about his craft and explained everything to me in a way that I could understand. You can tell that he really cares about doing a great job. I will definitely use Curtis for any future electrical problems I may have in the future.

Horrible customer service from both Ronnie and Kristine Fox. I called to check the status of a maintenance request for one of our properties. The tenant had stated she had not received a service call and needed service. Kristine was very rude when I asked her to confirm the contact number for the tenant. This is a reasonable request when the tenant states they haven't received a call for a maintenance request that was submitted over a week ago. Instead of resolving the issue Ronnie would rather cancel service than get to the bottom of why the service tech and the tenant did not connect.I have been in the business over seventeen years and a service company like this should be avoided. There are allot of good service companies out there and I recommend finding one of them like I was able to do within an hour of speaking to Ronnie.

Rene was so helpful and was able to fix my ac in a matter of minutes! Even gave us advice on steps to take to prevent it from happening again!

I have used this company on multiple occasions over the years and they are friendly, reliable, speedy, honest and affordable. First off, Dale Nester (another reviewer) works for the company, at least he did when I was dealing with them. So take that review for what it’s worth.The front office is terrible, get used to Change Orders if you work with them, I heard that a lot. We only used them because we had too in that particular building for reason outside of my control.On a good note they do have some good guys in the field that will get the job done.Overall the good field guys is not enough to make up for the behavior of the front office. There are a lot of good commercial electricians out there so keep shopping.L. Thelen
