So overpriced! I paid $599 for a new kitchen disposal. I thought that it must be some great 3/4 hp disposal. I checked later and discovered that the disposal costs $130 at Home Depot. So, $470 for a house call and a 20 minute installation - outrageous. I actually called Blue Frog the next day because I thought it must have been a mistake. No, they said that was their price for that item. Shameful

Our Tech Eric # 4538 was a pleasant, knowledgeable professional. He was on time and very efficient. He figured out our problem and it was completely resolved before he left. A great experience for us. We would recommend his services to our friends and family.

At midnight of the second night of Winter Storm Uri (day 2 of no power or heat), I awoke to dripping on my face. Mere seconds after I moved my bed away from the dripping, half the ceiling in the room collapsed onto the floor. The dripping was now a firehose, flooding my house. Frantically, I pulled up All American Plumbing in my contacts and dialed the number and prayed, even knowing it was impossible anyone would be answering this late. Richard answered; he had been up since the early morning running from emergency to emergency, and had just gotten off a job. He was over in minutes and had everything stopped in under a minute. After he got everything in order, he came back a week later to replace all the damaged piping--when nobody in Texas had plumbing supplies, he sent for them from Arizona.He wasn't running from emergency to emergency 24/7 those 2 weeks because he needed the money, he did it because he knew how many people were relying on him to save their houses and couldn't let them down.

Hung up in my face

Our family just moved to this area and needed services on our A/C. Turbo Home Services was prompt with services and I want to especially acknowledge our Home Service Specialist, Sean Hubele. He exceeded our expectations with his professionalism and knowledge. He didn’t just come service our A/C unit and leave. Sean took the time to explain the repair in detail and even advise us. His customer service was superb.Thank you Turbo!

Rob came by to assist us with clogged drain and and A/C tune-up. He checked out the A/C and informed me of a potential issue and gave us advice to prevent the clogged drain moving forward. Regarding the clogged drain, he instructed me on how to unclog the drain first before automatically trying to charge for additional services. Mike Dayter is an excellent plumber!! He was very thorough, honest, professional, and patient with all of my questions. Having trust and confidence in the ability of a company to handle all of your plumbing problems is extremely important!! I had a previous good experience with another company, but they were too expensive. This company is extremely fair with their prices and have great employees as well! I was also very impressed with Heather, with whom I spoke with to set up my appointment. I'm definitely going to have 24/7 plumbing to do my repairs.
