I called Blue Frog West Houston and they were here in about three hours. They installed a kitchen sink drain and facet. We have not had water downstairs since Harvey and in about half an hour, we are in good shape. It was not inexpensive, however, it was half of what I was quoted by another plumber the same day.I guess it is value: quality work done professionally, and on my schedule. Worth every penny.

They arrived early, quickly found the problem, devised a solution and implemented it. The team was courteous and pleasant, did what they said they were going to do, and cleaned up everything afterwards.

For most services, I usually have to wait a day or two before they can squeeze me in but today I had a great experience with Roto-Rooter. They were able to completely replace my water heater in about 4 hours or less and I did not have to wait. The installer Able-1468 was very professional and courteous. I would recommend their plumber services for anyone in Houston.

Noticed all these reviews are dated around the same time frame and all sounds alike? Another red flag, most of them have only 1 single review, I'd do more research before hiring this plumbing company

I called on Friday with an emergency plumbing issue. Never received a return call. They could have let know no one was available so I could have called out someone else. Not impressed with lack of customer service.

I called this nearby plumber when I had a clog in my toilet that no one else could clear. They arrived within a few hours and provided me with a quote. He then dispatched his men over, and they had it mended in one hour. Both the cost and the level of service were reasonable.

I used them frst,they were about and profeshnally fixed my sewage leakage inside my bathrom.

If I had gone with Picket I would have spent around $6,000 on completely unnecessary repairs. They were not even close on the diagnosis or estimate. Pickett sent a plumber to my hose to diagnose two items: a leaking shower and an inoperable tankless hot water heater. After visiting the attic to look at the hot water heater I was informed that the problem was most likely a bad core. Replacement cost: $5000. He then looked at the leaking shower head. It was dripping from the shower head and i told him i thought it was the valve. He told me I was wrong and suggested I get a shower pan leak test ($300) and then tear out the valve. I paid my money for the estimate - not free with Pickett - and told them I would get a second opinion.The actual problems were diagnosed by Simon Trevino of Monsies home repair:Hot water heater - turns out the system uses a couple of batteries to run the display and temp control. The batteries were bad. He replaced them and that fixed the problem.Shower - the valve was in fact the problem (as I suspected) and the part could be replaced without going in to the wall. Total cost of all repairs by someone that knew what they were doing: $150.I have Michael Berry to thank for the Pickett recommendation but will no longer respect his opinion of his advertisers. This is twice he has steered me wrong.

I'm happy to have found this guy. Chris Perot turned out to be a good, caring plumber - like in the old days. He's an independent plumber with his own stocked van. He answered his own phone, came out quick, and fixed all my small problems right away (a kitchen drainline stoppage, and a leaking pipe). He is coming back later to fix a broken shower knob. Mike and his team replaced a hot water heater in my two story Energy Corridor which has a unique floor plan. The attic isn't very tall while my HVAC lines made maneuvering in the attic very difficult. He traced a missing TP line which other plumbers could not find. We have hot water now and passed city inspection. Thank you 24/7!
