Got some water stain on the ceiling. I'm a pretty DIY person, so I cut the ceiling trying to fix it myself, but couldn't even locate the leakage.Called Nathan up since they are located quite close to my home. They quickly located the issue was the loosen bath tub drain cover. The leakage was small so hard to notice. Glad they were able to spot it. Sometimes, I have to admit DIY just can't match professional's experience.They quickly fix it with a reasonable price. Great job.

Joseph was very personable and made the frustrating situation of having a clog in my drainage more so into something I’m grateful was caught and resolved by Roto Rooter quickly, reliably, and professionally. I also appreciated the consideration and consciousness both he and Damien took to safety when it came to wearing gloves, boot covers, and face masks (during COVID-19).Although I initially hesitated to reach to Roto Rooter since I was concerned I’d be gouged by their prices for the majors drain repair I needed, it was great to have this experience with Roto Rooter to see the responsiveness of Joseph & Damien to all my questions about plumbing, my options, pros and cons, etc. It was assuring to know that Damien, the field supervisor, was knowledgeable and willing go above and beyond with his customer service. I called Mr. Rooter after my home warranty gave me a company that doesn't work on weekends. It was Christmas Eve and they still came out. Very professional and prompt. Answered all of my questions and made me feel very comfortable with future calls if needed. I will certainly use them again and if I drop the home warranty this will be my new plumbing company.

Houston Plumbing Services came out after Winter Storm Uri and fixed no less than 6 busted pipes to make sure I had a working bathroom and kitchen again. The plumbers took time to explain what was happening and my options and the office stayed in touch about the time for my appointment. Having someone to keep you updated about when they could come out was a huge relief, considering how hard it was to get in touch with anyone this week. And the guys did great work, made sure everything was running and scheduled a follow up appointment. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Working with Mike to solve our plumbing problems was awesome. He was very knowledgeable and experienced in his work. If we had any other concerns, he even made return visits.

After having another plumbing company check out my toilet leaking at the wax seal and receiving an exorbitant estimate to replace flange and install a cleanout, I called In The Loop and spoke to Angela. She arranged for Wes to come out the next day which was awesome. He arrived at the beginning of the scheduled window after a call to let me know he was on his way. He was able to weld on the replacement flange and access the clogged line and clean it out all the way to the sewer main at a much lower price based on the time he actually worked, not some predetermined book price or an added travel charge. He works efficiently and is very cost conscious so as to only charge for what I needed. I was so impressed that he's coming back in January to re-pipe my house with pex. Just like another reviewer, I received a thank you card and I just received a Christmas card, too. I honestly thought small businesses like this had disappeared. So happy to find an honest plumber I can recommend.

I had a service call for a leaking shower faucet. The cost of the repair was more than my budget could allow at that time. The service man (Bobby) changed the call to simply a free estimate (which he did not have to do).I thought that was very nice and I'll probably have him come back and do the job at a later date. After the historic winter storm of February 2021, a pipe burst in one of our buildings at work-- and like many Texans, it was near impossible to find a plumber following the storm. VIP Plumbing was recommended to me by a friend, and I got in touch with Mr. Chip Spivey. Soon thereafter they came out and repaired the busted pipe (rather quickly), and we were back in business! We are so grateful that Chip and VIP came through for us during that situation, and I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a good plumber!
