Don't know where to even start. Im a 65 y o Vet and cancer patient for 7 years. Lost my voice to throat cancer and can't even use a phone. My Kitchen sink backed up and had a friend call a Plumber for me, Thank God he choose Roto-Rooter to call. They sent a guy out and come to find out there was a garden hose stuck in the pipe on the sink drain/trap that had been left there. I was told they would have to tunnel under the slab to remove it and would range from $2500 o $3500 depending on how far they had to tunnel to reach it. They sent Ryan Mauldin the camera tech out and couldn't get a camera in it with the hose in it so the only option was to dig it out. I told him i only had 6 months of life left and could not afford it. He went and set in his truck on the phone to the office and came back and told me because of my medical problems and not much time left that they would have a crew dig it up and take care of if i could just pay the guys digging for there labor. He sent Daniel and Jose out to dig it up and as usual run into one thing after another, 3' thick slab , tree roots , half the pipe buried in concrete , these two men have spent a day and a half laying in a dirt hole upside down and never complained once. Im at a lost for words, all i can say is this Old Vet thinks you guys are a 1st Class Act to help someone like me out of a bad spot. 110% Customer Service at it's Finest. My most recent plumbing needs was to have a broken pipe in the front of my home repaired. In Lindell's first visit and attempt to repair pipe he discovered the main needed to be repaired by the water company. He told us how to get them there immediately. It worked, he returned and completed repairs the same day and did an EXCELLENT job replacing the patches of grass he had to remove in order to make repairs. This was my 3rd or 4th time using All Around Plumbing for my business and for my home, each time I've been completely satisfied.It would be nice to have more excellent experiences from professionals. He set the bar high for customers care and great service.

A handyman friend recently asked how old was my water heater. When I replied it was 21-22 years old, he advised that it was WAY past time to replace it. If left as is, there was a chance of leaks and subsequent water damage to the house. Fortunately, I was able to connect with a live person from Houston Plumbing Services who responded to my tale of sad neglect and within the week they delivered a new water heater and replaced the old one.
