I couldn't be happier with Acacias. Hector came out quickly after being called for a leak somewhere in my yard and did a large amount or probing to narrow down the leak. Turns out to have been a heck of a time, with pipes on top of pipes, all under a french drain making the repair very hard to get to the damaged portion of the pipes. I felt bad at all of the unexpected surprises and told Hector he should feel free to charge me more or whatever is fair for the additional unexpected complications - to which he refused and said he would stick to his word. I couldn't be happier at the service and Hector himself was a pleasure to deal with, very friendly, honest, and kept me up to date with his timing, arrival and findings - he was also very welcoming to allow me to hover around and ask questions. Highly recommend him.

Wow. How common is it that a service company comes to your home, does the job they are hired to do, charges reasonable fees, and leaves your home better than it was? Not common enough. Edgar and his crews are top notch, certified technicians ready to be creative enough to see a better way to make things better. These guys are not parts replacers.One Call has seen me through 2 Insurance claims on both of my bathrooms and recommend a mini-split system to replace a ducted HVAC system when replacement of the downstairs system was warranted. Highly recommend! Thanks for the great job!Even during this awful Covid situation, he has been good to his word. It may have taken a little longer, but he gets it done.

It was Sunday and they came out , had our hot water heater replaced in no time . Very helpful and I think gave us a good ideal for being a Sunday. Service man was very polite and thorough. The owner even came to make sure everything was good.

We had Binjamin from Speedway out to fix our sewer line, which was completely clogged. I called him at 7:50am and he returned my call at 8:00am. He was at my house within the hour and finished before lunch. His work was great - we especially appreciated how clean and efficient he is - and that he guarantees his work (hard to find). He arrived at our house with a van that had everything he would need. We have finally found our go to plumber.

This company's fast, friendly service was amazing. Tony was great and very kind. He explained everything upfront to me about how he would fix the problem and all costs before he began.

I had a unpleasant encounter with Angela Wallace of this business. Scam Alert, It's sad that this is such an issue. We just laid my cousin to rest and while he was in the hospital fighting for his life, Angela went to a private property he owned and scammed the tenant out of their deposit and rent and now because she won't release the funds to the estate holder she has contacted the tenant and let them know they should continue to pay her. She is using their money for this plumbing business. Scam, not a good person.
