Best Water Line Repair in Atlanta GA

I don’t know where to start. I have been searching for a dependable plumber for at least a month to finish the plumbing (adding fixtures, toilets, drain, turning on the water, etc.) in my basement. We all know that good help is hard to find. When I tell you that I will keep this company on speed dial, I mean that. Kenny and Z were excellent. They were extremely professional and knowledgeable. I felt I could trust what they told me, and they explained everything in detail. I requested some additional work before they left, and they told me they would be back the next day to complete it. Not only did they keep their word, but I did not have to call them; they called me. I advocate excellent customer service, and this company fits the bill. I would recommend them any day of the week for your plumbing needs. Trust me! There are still good businesses out there, doing good work and providing excellent service! I have used Morningside plumbing several times and they have always been excellent! They are always on time, professional and kind. Today they have gone above and beyond! I made a vanity out of a dresser and thought I would be able to put it in myself. Yes, I lost my mind for a minute! The Morningside plumbing crew has been here today to put my vanity in. They have been so patient and professional! I am so grateful for their service!

The Good: Technician was professional and arrived on time and was able to successfully complete the job.

The Bad: The company uses flat rate pricing, but the flat rate is not available on their website and they are unable to give any description of how charges are calculated. I was in a bind with no hot water due to cold water flowing backwards through my homes recirculation line. Bison took the opportunity to charge a hefty fee for a 1 hour job since they knew I didn't have much of a choice.

To change out a faulty check valve (that they had installed a few years prior) I was charged $675. This was with a repeat customer discount that brought the total down from close to $900. They stated that this is in line with others in the industry, but you can get a better combination of quality and price elsewhere. I certainly will not be using Bison again.

I couldn’t ask for a better plumbing service. That Plumbing repaired same day and was extremely quick to respond and provide an estimate. The work was done professionally and no detail was rushed. Will use again and recommend for all plumbing needs.

Josh is very Knowledgeable in his craft. He took the time to explain why he did what he did. He encouraged me to observe each process of the job. Josh is easy to talk to, he did't make me feel as if I was in the way of him finishing up with the job. Again he took the time out to ensure I understood the process and how my septic system works. Water line from meter to house was leaking, PlumbPros replaced line and warrantied work. Very fair prices.

Wayne determined that the sewer line was broken due to a company placing underground wiring in my neighborhood. He explained the issue to the Water Authority which was excellent because they received information from an expert. He was very patient and provided excellent customer service. Thank Roto-Rooter

This is basically my go-to plumber now. I've been in my home for about 10 years and had my first plumbing issue in the form of a leaking toilet tank. Reggie the Plumber came up in the top of my searches and nearly every post on Nextdoor mentioned Reggie the Plumber. I noticed the issue over the weekend and called on Monday and was a bit concerned they couldn't send anyone out until Thursday, but it was fine. (I'm not sure if the time frame varies depending on how significant the issue.) I took it as a sign that maybe they had high demand because service was so good. Nothing was flooding and it was a slow drip so I put a bucket under the drip. They came out on Thursday morning and probably from start to finish took the plumber about 30-45 minutes to identify the problem, replace all the parts in the toilet tank, and be on his way.
I really appreciate the prompt, no fuss service and will be using them for any future plumbing needs.
